Summary:
When it comes to living your bucket list, there is no single right way to pursue it. The property is located on one of the only pedestrian beaches in Daytona Beach, Florida. You can relax and stroll along the tranquil shoreline, or seek out something more energetic - the Daytona International Speedway, home of NASCAR racing, is just a short drive away.

The Space:
Ocean Walk resort has stunning views of the ocean and city! When you stay here you'll enjoy all the comforts of home and then some. Your 2 bedroom 2 bath deluxe condo is a staggering 1237-1494 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double beds. The open living room has a a queen sofa sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the surrounding area, you're sure to make a lot of memories.

Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed.

This resort is a mixed-use facility. The South Tower common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary between areas of the resort.

The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures. For questions and concerns, please contact the resort.

Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway fee)
We are unable to provide parking for boats or trailers in the parking garage

Other Things to Note:
You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
