Enjoy the heated pool or Jacuzzi (open seasonally). Please use your own "Pool" towels in the pool area.

Do your laundry using the "in unit" washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

This is a 2nd floor unit so you only need to take one flight of stairs, or you can use the elevator for your convenience.

An elevator located through a covered walkway from the pool area will take you to the street level at Calhoun Village on the Parkway. (NOTE: THE ELEVATOR THAT TAKES YOU DOWN TO THE PARKWAY IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS THAT WE HOPE TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE SUMMER MONTHS. AS SOON AS IT IS REPAIRED, WE WILL REMOVE THIS NOTE.)

The condo has exterior security cameras. Tampering with security cameras, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. No visitors or house parties.
