Gästerna kan uppleva lokala golf, vandring, vattenfall, antika shopping, mountainbike, och utvecklade ATV spår. Älska Arkansas Razorbacks? Vår ranch stuga är tillräckligt nära till åtgärden att vara bekvämt, men tillräckligt långt bort att du känner att du är faktiskt på semester. Ta med din ATV och 4-hjuliga till ditt hjärta innehåll! Det finns spår överallt! På tal om vandringsleder ... pigen Trail Scenic Byway är ett måste-göra för dem på en motorcykel. Planerar närvara vid Cyklar, Blues och BBQ rally i år? Planera en dagstur i närliggande städer (Fayetteville, Alma, Mountain, Mulberry, Altus, etc.), eller utforska Ozarks. Eller gör inga planer alls. Koppla av framför TV: n, eller ännu bättre - tillbringa kvällen på en veranda som tittar på rådjur att komma ut. Planera en grill och grilla marshmallows vid eldstaden. Ta ett lokalt vin turné sedan titta på stjärnorna lysa på natten.

Mill Creek Trail Weekend

The property was easy to find and presented as described in the listing. Mr. Parker was very nice and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed there as a group over the weekend for a trip to ride SXS’s at the Mill Creek Trail system. But we also find out from Mr. Parker that there are many trails systems that you can drive your SXS to from the property. Would definitely stay here again as it suited our needs perfectly.

Cute & Quiet Farmhouse

Great host, just a tiny farmhouse with lots of character. Bathroom situation and layout of house was strange but it worked for us.

Terrible Place

The house was unclean, a cockroach under the rug, spiders and spider webs everywhere, stains on blankets, hair in the shower. We couldn’t even stay because it was so filthy. Do not recommend.

Nice place to stay.

This was a nice place to take a vacation. We found conditions acceptable. Being out in the country we did experience the small ants in the kitchen, but we used spray for that problem. The host was terrific with information on things to do in the area.

Great place to get away

If you want a place to get away from the city and just want to relax, this is the place for you! We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had Wi-Fi when arrived, and they have a number of outdoor games. Watching the cows on the pasture across the road was awesome. they also have a charcoal grill available on site!

Charming and Comfortable

Quaint farmhouse; very roomy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Add to that the beautiful scenery that we were able to take in on the ranch and surrounding areas, it was just wonderful. Thank you Parker and Faye.

Home Away Stay

Property was perfect but weather wasn’t in all we enjoyed our peaceful time there. We rode our ATV and dirt bikes went exploring the many trails the area has to offer and roasted marshmallows at night with the kids. Awesome hosts very nice and all was expected. Thanks again

Vrbo Stay

The place was fine to stay, but does not look near as clean and new as the pictures. It’s much older than expected and there’s no service. However, there is wifi which is not stated before getting to the property. There was hair all under the couch cushions and pillows had stains on them. We only booked the place to sleep, therefore it was fine and worked out for us. But I would not recommend for a getaway or a nice stay in a house.

Great experience

We had a great stay. Loved the old farm house feel. Being out in the country was perfect for 5 loud kids. The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. The kids play room was a hit! We were thankful for no Internet and our cell phones still worked to call or text. We did have an issue with ants, but resolved with any spray and keeping the food off the counter. Parker was very nice and hospitable. We felt it was a great house for the cost! It fit all our needs. Thanks so much

Arkansas Wedding

Well, some of the things in the description of the property are not quite up to date. Among the issues, the home needs some TLC. Dust, cobwebs,1 bedroom has no door & is open to a bathroom. We were 6 older adults & we were there for 3 nights & 3 adults would not take a bath or a shower due to safety concerns. There is a lack of privacy when sleeping & sharing bathrooms. The best things I can say are.... beautiful views & really good hot water, comfy beds. We had great weather. The 1st cool front came through while we were there. Mona Kocurek

Great Place

We loved our stay here. Property is exactly as advertised...on a farm. Farmhouse was very nice. Enjoyed fireplace in living room. Communication and directions were tops. Owner actually stopped in shortly after our arrival to welcome us and gave us the history of the farm and area info. We traveled with our border collie and we all enjoyed watching the cows, hiking the trail located directly across the street, and enjoying the views. We were out early in the morning and this location has as dark a sky as anywhere I’ve ever been. Visibility of planets, stars, constellations, was great. Drive to stores and restaurants takes about 20 minutes and scenic along the way. Many things to see and do in the area too. Was early March so no bugs or farm smells!! Would love to return and see the fall color. Highly recommend this place!

Not what it appears to be.

I want to say Mr.Parker is a nice owner but I think he is in over his head. Clean sheets and towels don’t make it clean. I threw away 4 bars of used soap left in shower and by the sinks. This place was very dirty. We got there a little after 4pm Friday and we left after 4pm on Saturday. My husband couldn’t breath because dust and mold. Hire a real cleaning service. If you don’t want to dust then remove some of the stuff. All the silk flowers were corroded in dust and dirt. And do updates not because it’s old but it needs to work and be safe. We felt like we could fall through the floor in one bath with the shower that is the height of your tummy. You can’t count one bath because the only thing that works in it was the toilet. We left a whole day early and we didn’t ask for a refund or anything. We decided to drive home 4 hours rather than stay another night. If you don’t care about clean and need lots of beds then this is for you. If you want something clean and comfortable keep looking. I felt that the pictures were very misleading. And the view of 1995 Rv parked in the yard is no view. So sorry but it was not worth $367. We are hard working people who felt like we just wasted our money.
