Beautiful newly renovated home 1.5-miles to Folsom Field/CU or downtown Boulder
This completely renovated, modern home is located in the heart of Boulder. It's located less than a mile to the restaurants and shops at downtown's Pearl Street, and just 1.5 miles to Folsom Field and CU. If you're visiting a student or attending a game at CU, you can easily walk or bike from this house. In the other direction, it's close to hiking and running trails and an easy drive to the Boulder Reservoir. If you're here for the Bolder Boulder our house is located in the course. You can walk or bike to the start line, or cheer on the runners at the end of the block.
The house features a beautifully designed open floor space, with vaulted ceilings. The living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor living space flow seamlessly together with a large folding glass window leading to a large outdoor porch. A chef's kitchen and spacious island within the open floor plan make this an enjoyable space to visit with family and friends.
The main floor has two private bedrooms, each with a double bed. These rooms are joined by an en suite bathroom, which features a full bathtub and shower. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor.
The upstairs level is completely dedicated to the primary suite, which offers a spacious light-filled bedroom with a private balcony. The bathroom features double vanities and a steam shower. On the lower level of the house, you'll find a media room as well as another guest bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room.
With four spacious bed rooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to find their own sanctuary within this home. The spacious back porch and backyard provide an additional area to relax and enjoy.
This home is nestled within a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located within walking or biking distance to downtown Boulder, nearby coffee shops and markets, as well as Boulder's many hiking and running trails, including Mount Sanitas and the network at Boulder Reservoir.

Although I love to share that I grew up in Canada, and lived, studied and worked in Europe, Boulder has been home for several decades now, it's where I have raised my family. I love Boulder for its access to the outdoors. I love hiking and running the trails around Boulder with our dog all year round and road cycling. In the winter we love to ski and in the summer I like to paddleboard at the reservoir or swim at any one of the many outdoor pools in Boulder. My husband and I love to travel. We just started to host because we think our house can offer the same wonderful reprieve that we have found in other people's homes when we travel.

We have lived in this quiet, down-to-earth neighborhood for more than 25 years and we love it. We know everyone on the street. It's close to everything we like to do in Boulder and yet far enough away to offer a quiet reprieve at the end of the day.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This peaceful house was completely rebuilt during Covid. The vaulted ceilings and open room on the main floor provide a wonderful, warm space to hangout in. This space holds a Chef's kitchen with a large island, dining space and living room. This room flows seamlessly to the outdoor living area via a large folding glass door. The upstairs room has huge windows with awesome views and a private deck. The downstairs offers a completely separate TV room. This house is cozy and yet large enough to provide a unique space for everyone to kick back and relax.
