Centrally located about 15 minutes from downtown St Pete in one direction, and the Gulf beaches in the other! Fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath pet friendly apartment with central heat and air, off street parking, and an outdoor patio. Other features:

The property is professionally managed by a local property management company (Copeland Morgan LLC). There is no host living on site, but we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
A short 10-20 drive to downtown St. Petersburg or the Gulf Beaches! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and people are friendly! Close to grocery stores, nightlife, museums, and amazing food cuisine!

The apartment is the upstairs unit of an accessory dwelling unit. There is another home out front but it is not attached to the apartment and not occupied by the hosts (all units are tenant/guest occupied). You have access to the entire upstairs apartment and shared outside patio.
We ask you kindly please be conscious of any guests downstairs and/or in the front home and we will make sure they do the same as well.
Fully-equipped 2/1 upstairs apartment includes:
- Clean sheets, towels and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, knives, silverware, etc.)
- Smart TV with access to many third party applications (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
- Keurig Coffee Maker
- Flexible with our check in and check out times if requested
- Private off-street parking
Private off street parking is available for one vehicle. On street parking is readily available for guests with an additional vehicle.
There is a bus stop nearby (PSTA bus line #38 near Disston Plaza, see PSTA website for details), but the Tampa Bay area is best experienced by car.
