Welcome to NOOK and this peaceful industrial loft in the heart of Berlin Kreuzberg/Neukölln, offering everything you need for a fantastic stay in Berlin:

The space

This luxurious loft apartment is currently undergoing extensive refurbishment and awaits you with superb amenities, accommodating up to 7 guests.
Nestled in the second courtyard, you'll find a tranquil retreat where the apartment is located. Inside, you'll discover a 70 square meter loft featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with an open kitchen.
Start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee or tea and indulge in all the wonderful amenities this loft has to offer.
Both bedrooms boast cozy 1.60m double beds. One of the bedrooms also includes an additional single sofa bed, while the spacious sofa in the living room can be converted into another double bed.
The living room is furnished with a dining area and a comfortable seating area, featuring an L-shaped couch, additional chairs, a large smart TV, and a sound system. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals.
The bathroom features a bathtub, and soon the loft will be equipped with a washer-dryer.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essential amenities such as shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
