This immaculate Mediterranean inspired home in Villa Lago, located on Sandestin®, provides everything your heart desires. Located just two doors down from the neighborhood pool, this 4 bedroom/4 bathroom retreat has been meticulously maintained. The open concept kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful back splash provide ample room for all guests. The inviting master bedroom features a king size bed and a large bonus sitting area and walk in closet. The two guest bedrooms upstairs have king beds and boast their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with the lower bunk being full size and upper bunk a twin. The bathroom is across the hall. Located on a beautiful resort with 2,400 acres which includes miles of biking trails, world class golf courses, onsite dining and retail, a marina and beach access this vacation home has it all. The picturesque view from the back porch is matched only by the impeccable coastal chic interior.

The shops, restaurants and shopping at Baytown Wharf are a short walk away, but guests can easily drive both golf carts with all guests to the Wharf, marina and beach. Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside,Grayton Beach,outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

AMAZING WEEKEND!

This property had everything we needed to make the trip the best it could be! Very spacious and clean 4 bedroom and 4 bath house one property away from the community pool The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves throughout the long weekend. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was great. We booked the home quite ahead of time so I didn’t remember exactly what it was like. It didn’t disappoint. It was clean, the location was excellent and the golf carts were a great bonus.

Family Vacation

It was everything and more. The property looks exactly like the pictures. I didn’t have to contact the property manager at all. Easy breezy check-in and check out process. If given the opportunity, we will be booking this location again. Thank you for a seamless, fun filled extended weekend.

We had a little hiccup with a golf cart one night and the owners were so quick to fix and get us back up and rolling in no time - our family greatly appreciated that because our favorite thing is to cruise in the evenings on them. happy stay in Destin/ Miramar Beach

Genuinely had the best time with my family in Destin. the house was amazing!!! Super spacious, so our family had their own rooms and everyone could spread out! The only thing I'd say are the golf carts aren't in the best of shape and the AC. The 6 seater squeaked nonstop when riding on it, whether it was full or just two people. The 4 seater didn't like going into reverse sometimes. Being a southerner, I understand in the summer, it's hard to get it cold in the house. But we woke up sweating multiple nights because the AC would never cool down to where we were comfortable. Despite these issues, we would come and stay at this property again next year!

I expected more

The property called and delayed our check in because they were still cleaning. When we finally got in we were greeted by a filthy unit that had not been cleaned. It was hair and other peoples belongings in the bathrooms, kitchen dishes were dirty and the unit smelled like burnt popcorn from the time we came in until the time we left. They fine for EVERYTHING! Their rules and regulations were a bit intense

Family time and business!

I stayed at this property for a week. At checkin the on the issue was the kitchen table was sticky to the touch. I think that was the finish and nothing could be done to change that. Before rhe end of the week, the large golf cart left us stranded at the shopping center and the fridge went out resulting in all of our food being ruined. The property manager did respond quickly and did pay for an uber and deliver a temporary fridge. But these things definitely created a challenge and were disappointing. The golf cart issue is apparently something that the the property has had issues with in the past and is a selling point of the property. It should be addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! The bedrooms were super clean and spacious. The private baths for each bedroom were the icing on the cake. The location of the family room, kitchen, and patio made our gatherings a lot more fun. The kitchen was very well stocked for home prepared meals. The golf carts added convenience to getting around in a somewhat busy area. The only negative was the parking situation which is communicated in the booking details. No secrets. They only provide parking for 2 cars. They do have overflow parking, but it was full. Of course, we did visit during the 4th of July weekend.

What we needed but not for a “beach” vaca

We came to Florida for a wedding and this location was close to all the places we need to be throughout the weekend. The house was beautiful and clean but limited supplies and not many towels for a big group. The 6 seater golf cart was broken when we got there and the rental manager was very helpful with it. It was pretty big inconvenience for us because we had such a large group. The front door does shut or lock very well. Lastly if you are booking this for a beach vacation it’s quite a haul to get to beachside. Other then that it’s a beautiful area to stay in.

Amazing rental!!

This place was huge! We had my husband and I, and my daughter. My sister and her husband and three kids. My brother and his wife and their three kids and we all had our own space!! The master bedroom bathroom is to die for. I loved having two golf carts to use and we never even used our car. The pool is right beside this place so that was very convenient! It was definitely the perfect place for the amount of people we had with us!

Much needed break

We really liked the house and location, the only issue is that we wondered if the golf carts or charger had a short in them, when we first got there the little one only ran the block and died but the big one did good, then Saturday am the big one only got to the end of the driveway and had to be pushed back in, but the little one did great. Neither were plugged up when we got there. The GFI switch in the garage was flipped that may have been the reason and we pushed it and got it started working. We just wanted to rest and visit with family from out of state. I love the gated community and the big comfortable house!!

2 golf carts were convenient, liked having 2 kings in one rental, like how pool was so close, loved the location was close to everything we wanted to do When they say started supplies, they mean it. Be very prepared in what u want to have!

Lovely neighborhood

Excellent location. Golf carts were a huge bonus. Perhaps some condiments, dish towels and alittle bit more laundry soap would have been helpful. But that didn't change the rating.
