Weekend getaway

We had a very relaxing time riding our ATV'S, going out to dinner in Cheboygan, and enjoying time by the bonfire. House very clean and cozy.

Great Vacation Home

We enjoyed this cozy ranch house! Allowed us to have good quality family time. Getting to visit with the horses was an unexpected bonus! Only wish we could of stayed longer :)

Enos family farm

This is a beautiful farm house in a peaceful setting. A nice place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. A great place to slow down and recharge.

Ideal family spot

Lovely location for a week of Northern Michigan fun. Stayed at the Homestead with our adult children. Exceptional host, great communication, and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the quiet of the farm in the evenings after traveling to all of our favorite sights in the UP and Northern lower Michigan. Can't say enough about how great this place is!

Great Stay

My family's stay at the Enos farmhouse was fantastic. Paula was great! She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. She saw us outside as we were getting ready to head to the island for a wedding and offered to take our picture before we left. We will definitely be back to enjoy more time on the farm!

Relaxing farmhouse

We immensely enjoyed our short stay! We stayed around a visit to Mackinac Island. But my girls had the most fun exploring the farmhouse! They loved having space to wander outside and seeing the horses and cat that were out in the property. We will most certainly be back for a longer visit!

2 day stay on the farm

Lovely farm house, loved watching the deer play in the field across the road. Our grandchildren loved the house, lots of games books and toys to play with. Paula was a pleasure to deal with! Hope to return one day.

Fall Getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The description of this property in the listing is very accurate. The morning and evening views from either porch were fantastic! We were able to meet one of the cats and both of the horses. The property is very conveniently located for sight seeing. The property owner/manager was very nice and helpful. We very much appreciated that the family history of the property was written in a book for the renters to read. Our family would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in the Cheboygan area.

Quaint Farmhouse Charm

Property was exactly as described; cute little farmhouse. My kids enjoyed the property and gave us memories of our old farmhouse we sold. One hiccup was that we didn’t get any check in directions and couldn’t get in right away but it wasn’t a big deal. Would stay here again if we travelled back that way.

Felt right at home immediately

We were a group of 4 age 70+ and this was a very comfort week stay. We felt at home and as we were playing games or just sitting talking, one of us would say, "This is a perfect (comfortable, cute) house. It is not a large house, but was just right in size for the 4 of us. It is in a very quiet area and we had a wonderful, very pleasant stay. The owner was very quick to answer any questions. I would not hesitate for a moment to book another stay if/when I was planning another visit to the area. It is very close to the Mackinaw Bridge so a visit to the straits is easily accomplished. We also found the people of Cheboygan are very helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable visit and stay.

Sister’s getaway

What a sweet home! So much nicer than staying in a hotel. The house is so quaint and in such a quiet location. We sat on the porch and front lawn visiting and soaking up the sun. Paula was so very pleasant to work with. She tended to all of our questions. I would advise this home to anyone who prefers a nice quiet getaway.

Wonderful home away from home

We love coming to the farmhouse. We have started a tradition of coming up for the 4th of July, and to see the colors in October. Perfect location. Close to stores and other things you may need, but at the same time out away from everything. You can take a quick trip to several U.P. cities and Michigan lakes, or stay and relax on the farm.
