Sugar Beach at Orange Beach

The condo is older but had comfortable furniture. Proximity to the beach was excellent. We were over the pool, and it was very loud (People) from noon til after 11 p.m.

Vacation

Overall wonderful unit. The complex is very close to Gulf Shores State Park, which was wonderful for quiet walking time. There are only two things that I would suggest for future guests. Replace the microwave (it smelled like it was burning) and deep clean the washing machine (mold was growing in the dispenser compartment).

Baseball Tournament Stay

We enjoyed the check in process and the parking. Luckily we were able to get our stuff to the condo before one of the elevators became inoperable. The condo was ok, bathrooms are small and tight, curtains from patio could be longer and better to protect privacy. Kitchen is tight as well! Overall the unit was clean and provided everything you need. The actual facility seems kinda old, lighting needs to be better in stairways from parking. Pools were nice and well maintained. Snack shop is convenient for small items and food. The beach access is awesome. Overall I would give the property an average rating but we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway spot

The condo was perfect for my family of five. The location was great with the beach just steps away. The condo was very clean and bright. Check in/check out was super easy and the host was readily available and helpful the one and only time we needed to call (just a question about check in). We will definitely book again in the future!

Love Sugar Beach Condos!

We were in town to participate in a sporting event with our family. The condo was perfect for eating/cooking in, beach access was nice, the parking lot was very secure, and the pools were nice as well. I would definitely recommend Sugar Beach Condos if you are in or around the Gulf Shores area.

Didn't want to leave!!

We've stayed at Sugar Beach 3 times and this has been our best experience by far. We were there from 24-29 June. We even stayed an extra day because we just didn't want to leave!! Everything was clean and in working order with no issues. We especially liked the aluminum utility cart (we got many compliments on it & inquiries where we got it) and extra beach chairs/umbrellas that were stored in the patio closet and found it all very convenient to use while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again as long as it's available!!!!

Overall the stay was great. We loved the condo, proximity to the beach, pools and other activities was perfect. The families that stay at the location were nice and friendly and quiet hours were observed for the most part.

Easy living

My family and I had a great time. Very easy access to the beach. One of the 4 pools is directly below the balcony. The complex isn’t over crowded. The rooms are spacious. The Wifi is great. We were very pleased with our stay. The only complaint which isn't the owners fault would be the very slow and tiny elevators.

Relax

We had the perfect room with a great view out of two French doors. We had a nice balcony that overlooks the second-floor pool. There are five grills at this location. So we were able to buy food and grill out there are a total of four pools at this location with easy beach access. The beds were comfy and we had two bathrooms which made getting ready to breeze with two teenage daughters. I would recommend using the washer and dryer on quickwash however because it takes approximately an hour and a half to wash one load of clothes. We had a great time and loved everything, but if I had any recommendations it would be for parking. There needs to be more parking available, and someone needs to walk around and patrol the way that people are parking because they double park and you can’t get your car in

Best family vacation

We came here 2 yrs ago and have been coming ever since. Its family friendly and has everything we need. Close to stores and restaurants and plenty to do with the kids in the are. Cant wait til next summer.
