Perched high on the hill above Playas de Tijuana, our home is located in the very secure, gated luxury residency community of Cuspide. Brand new construction, classy and sassy, with all the upgraded amenities you need, fully furnished, including a fully stocked kitchen with essentials to get you started.

- Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.

âȘïž Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposalâthrow them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
âȘïž PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and thereâs a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. Weâve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spillsâjust be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesnât clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
Stained towels and linens will need to be reimbursed.
