Consisting of 8 residential dwellings and 2 retail storefronts. This unique space is the gem of the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood.

Self check-in is fast, secure, and convenient. You can access the building through either the front entry or the rear garage doors, both of which are equipped with smart keypads. Prior to arrival, you will receive a unique code that works on all exterior entry doors, including the garage, ensuring smooth access at any time.
Additionally, a separate auto-generated code will be provided for your specific unit, valid for the entire duration of your stay. This system, managed through Point Central Software, allows you to enter and exit the condo without the need for physical keys, giving you complete freedom and flexibility.
Whether arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning, check-in is seamless, secure, and designed to give you peace of mind and independence during your stay.

For drivers, the property is just 10 miles from the airport, and major highways are easily accessible, ensuring smooth connections to the rest of the city.
