This remodeled Southwood Shores two bedroom top floor unit is a short uber ride to the Lake's best attractions. The water taxi can pick you up at the dock! What amenities are included? How about kids playground, tennis courts, fish cleaning station, boardwalk, indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool and a C store 30 seconds away if you need a beer or ice run, or if you forgot the ketchup for your burgers.

This location is close to the Strip and you can Uber there for under $15. It is also close to other waterfront fun locations in Lake Ozark. Talk about an awesome evening! Explore the area wineries, caves, and beautiful State Parks ( I highly recommend Ha Ha Tonka State park).
The Indoor pool and hot tub are great if you get rained on or if it is the off season. There is a lightened boardwalk and even though this unit doesn`t come with a boat slip you may fish off the docks and there is a roped off protected cove swim area.

The condo is limited by the owner to 4 people. There is a king in the master and a queen in the second room, both are new and very comfy. There are smart TVs in each room, and the WIFI is excellent for getting work done. Come here to relax, you deserve it!

Rest assured this is a nice, clean, well-cared for unit. You will want to stay and enjoy the privacy and beautiful area. I promise!

1 of the Cleanest & comfortable at Southwood Shores

We've stayed at Southwood Shores dozens of times; but this was our first where we were double booked with another party at our condo. John (the property manager) was quick to respond and assist both parties invloved. Thankfully we were able to stay and the other party was OK with moving to another place. Thr property manager reimbursed for the incovenience and was responsive tbroughout the trip. Our condo was 1 of the cleanest and most well equipped with appliaces we have EVER stayed at across the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the large deck was very peaceful. It is within viewing distance of the kids playground and was nice for our young children. For a family of 4 I would highly recommend this property. You will not find a better view of the main channel while laying poolside. My only suggestion is to put thr wifi info in thr binfer with all other information. We missed the Wifi sign siting infront of the fireplace until told thats where to find it. We will definitely be repeat renters at this location.

Fourth of July Stay

Overall, we were very impressed with this property! It was very clean both inside and out. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the fun, lake themed decor. The property was easy to access via the community gate. We really enjoyed our stay and would want to book this property again, as well as recommend it to others. Our only criticism is that finding a parking spot was tricky at times , and we were never able to park in front of our unit. The spots were always occupied our entire stay.
