Found within a beautifully established community, this home offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, natural light fills the space, highlighting the elegant design and craftsmanship. The kitchen is a focal point, featuring high-end appliances and stylish finishes. The dining area is perfect for gatherings, with its modern, 8-person dining table and accompanying fireplace. The master suite offers a retreat within the home, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of storage. The ensuite bath provides a peaceful escape, featuring a soaking tub with jets, an ample glass-walled shower and soothing ambiance.
A second master suite resides on the opposite side of the home and can be used as an entertainment space or be enjoyed as the largest bedroom in the home. This bedroom can fit a king bed, a sectional couch and an entertainment console.

We are a family of four who has loved living in our Willits home for the past two years. Our children use the neighboring parks and sidewalks which are safe and often patrolled by local enforcement. The Willits commercial zone is within walking distance and includes Whole Foods, Starbucks, a membership gym and a variety of dining and retail establishments. In addition, the Rio Grande trail is in our 'backyard' and offers the means to travel by bike or foot from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. AWESOME neighborhood and community!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We chose this neighborhood due to its family-oriented vibe and its proximity to the Willits commercial zone. Crown Mountain Park - with a mile walking loop, playground and acres of soccer/lacrosse fields - is an amazing amenity within walking/biking distance as well!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our home is one of the largest Willits single-family homes with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We have high, vaulted ceilings on the second floor making the bedrooms feel even larger than their footprint. Our second master suite has been used as an entertainment room for the family and currently houses a pull-out queen sectional couch, a large smart tv and console, a desk and desk chair and provides ample area for storage with a walk-in closet and cubbies for toys, etc.
