Vårt hem ligger vid Lake Hamilton med 5 sovrum och 3 badrum (2 med dusch och 1 badkar), 12 sovplatser. Befälhavaren har en drottning, andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng, 3: e sovrummet har en våningssäng (singel på toppen och dubbel på botten), 4: e sovrummet har en kung och det femte sovrummet har en kung. Solrummet har en rulla (sover 2) och spelrummet (lägre nivå) har en futon. Det finns två porta-spjälsängar tillgängliga såväl som en barnstol, hopphäst och massor av leksaker. Lekplats 2 miles bort.

Internet med hög hastighet med router tillhandahålls av Resort Cable i Hot Springs. Den har ett modernt kök, familj och matsal, stort vardagsrum, rymligt solrum med vacker utsikt över sjön Hamilton, utanför täckt veranda på lägre nivå, även med utsikt över sjön. Övre nivå har * stegfri tillgång till hemets ingång och carport * med gott om parkering.

Vi har en stor båtbrygga med en tom glidbana som inkluderar en hiss för en skid- eller fiskebåt. Dock inkluderar ett stort baddäck med stege. Sjön är inte tillgänglig för rullstol / handikapp. Tillgång till allmän sjö vid Hill Wheatley Park, belägen på norra spetsen av Lake Hamilton, utanför Airport Road, är hem för den bästa badstranden på sjön.

Det finns TV-apparater i varje sovrum, plus en stor plattskärms-HDTV i huvudområdet. På den lägre nivån finns också ett pool / ping pongbord. Hästsko spel i garderoben. Många leksaker och spel för alla åldrar.

Vi är mycket praktiska för allt som Hot Springs har att erbjuda. Två fina restauranger, till exempel Froggy's och Jonah's Steakhouse, ligger bara en mil bort.

Vi är 2 miles från flygplatsen, cirka 5 miles till centrala Hot Springs och Bathhouse Row, 5 miles till Oaklawn Thoroughbred Race Track and Casino, cirka 10 miles till Garvin Woodland Botanical Gardens, 5 miles från Mid-America Science Museum och Magic Springs Amusement Parkera. Cirka 5 mil från hemmet ligger en KFUM som erbjuder ett speciellt pris för gäster utanför staden.

Antikaffärer i överflöd. Miniature golf 2 miles.
Amfibisk anka för turneringar / sjöturer. Flodbåten för middagar hamnar i Lake Hamilton med vacker utsikt. Att gräva efter kristaller är jättebra för familjen. Och mer!!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs and the home was very nice and spacious enough to hold our large group. Sue was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to the area.

Great for a large group

Great space for a large group. My only drawbacks were the beds were not the most comfortable and there are several stairs to get down to the water. However the host was so accommodating and the spot had everything we needed!

Family Reunion

As a multigenerational family, this home was perfect for us. The split level design made it special for the kids to have the downstairs together, and the adults could stay upstairs where the access was easy. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and supplies for us to cook meals. The view of the lake was beautiful. And swimming off the dock was fun too! Thank you!

Annual Family Trip

The lake house was excellent for my family for a 11-day stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We had bedding for all age groups. The boat dock was just what we needed. The kids, as well as the adults, thoroughly enjoyed the lake for boating activities or just floating around. The walk to the dock was a little steep for older adult but younger ones had no problem with stairs. The property manager was very helpful. Would use this property again!

Beautiful location with plenty to do in the area

Communication for this property was not lacking from when I first booked until after we checked out. Great family and very understanding of the many questions we had. They welcomed my family and my brothers and sisters family, along with our parents. ( 10 adults 6 kids). It was the perfect location for us all to get together. Plenty of space and beds for us all. Kids toys galore, swimming equipment, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and a list of places in the area to visit. We will talk about this vacation for years. Kids caught their first fish right off the doc in the backyard. Thanks again for lending us your beautiful vacation home.

All About the View!

Nice property with plenty of room and amenities. No need to bring any cooking/baking equipment...there are multiple of everything you can imagine. The best part is the view! The room facing the lake is all windows and oh what a view. I could sit there 24/7 and be content. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a few days. We had an awesome family Thanksgiving!

Great House for a Boating Vacation

We travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of houses but have never been in such a well stocked house! In addition to the normal items you would expect, they also had life jackets, games, videos, records, magazines...awesome! Also, have access to a boat lift and other spot which worked out well since we brought two boats. Relative to skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, it was a great location. We will be coming back in the future.

Great Location, Beautiful Views, Wonderful House

This house was perfect for our family -very child and family friendly. The layout is perfect fo everyone gathering together and plenty of areas for private spaces too. House was clean, everything we needed. The view of lake & mountains is amazing. Easy drive into downtown Hot Springs. Definitely recommend this house for people of all ages.

Fabulous Family Vacation

The house is large and spacious. The large dining table overlooking the lake was our favorite spot to gather. The location was just ten minutes from the main hwy and it was easy to get to our destination around Hot Springs. The kitchen was adequate, but filled with equipment that made finding things a bit challenging. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the lower deck. We had to clean the cobwebs away and the chair covers were old and dusty. The view is great. Tom was great and answered our questions quickly and was very helpful with an emergency we had. I would recommend this house for a large gathering. Everyone will have a relaxing time.

My wife and I live in Pine Bluff, AR and it was our life long dream to own a lake home on Lake Hamilton. We have 2 daughters in Texas, one daughter in England and a son in Little Rock and 9 grandchildren. The family reunites regularly at the home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, not only because it is so convenient to Pine Bluff, but also because it is so beautiful and has so many attractions.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Just getting in a party barge and riding around the lake looking at the beautiful homes. The shopping is magnificent. If you have never been to a horse race, you're missing a lot of fun. And Garvin Woodland Gardens is a must see. So we enjoy the same amenities that our guests come to Hot Springs for.
