The Space:
This is one of four apartments in a beautiful converted mansion 4-plex thatâs common in Denverâs older neighborhoods. It has a great mix of old school charm with the hardwood floors, red brick building and broad windows and a modern style with the renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture.
This apartment is alone atop the third floor and has great natural light from all four sides. Plus you have a great balcony off the kitchen for coffees, reading or dining al fresco.

COFFEE: St Mark's Coffeehouse or Weathervane Cafe are right down the street
RESTAURANTS: Restaurant Row, the stretch of 17th Ave (our crossroad) running from Broadway to Gaylord, is lined with cafes and great restaurants and bars.
Dos Santos, White Pie, Humboldt Kitchen + Bar, Olive & Finch, Beast & Bottle, Tacos Tequila & Whiskey, Pho & Bar, Denver Biscuit Co, Vine Street Brewery and Illegal Pete's are several of our favorites.
WELLNESS: Several fitness and yoga studios are within a short walk, including the massive Carla Madison Rec Center, which offers a great $16 month-to-month membership.
MUSIC: 3 of Denverâs best venues - the Fillmore Auditorium, Ogden Theatre and Bluebird Theater - are walkable from the apartment.
DOG PARK: The Carla Madison Dog Park is one block away.
GOLF: After four years and a $46M renovation, the City Park Golf Course is now open and right around the corner.
OTHER FUN: The Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Museum of Nature and Science, and retail therapy along Colfax are all within walking distance. Quick Uber to downtown Denver, RiNo Arts & Brewery District, Cherry Creek Shopping District and the sports stadiums/arenas.
Getting Around:
The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.
Other Things to Note:
LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
