Super cute place to stay in Frankfort. Easy to walk to whenever you want to go. House was very well kept and have everything we needed!

Beautiful

Perfect location to walk to dinner, shopping, and historic locations. Wonderful location to hit up the bourbon trail. The interior of this home is something out of an interior design magazine. Felt like a fairytale.

A charming stay

We loved our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and completely charming. It’s within walking distance of fun shops and restaurants. Definitely a place we will come back and visit.

Walked in the musky smell was real notable.left door and windows open for about 2 hrs.Only 1 TV in house, No TV's in the bedrooms.No decent place to sit outside.The kitchen was the only area in the house that was updated. Picture are misleading in the app.

Getting the opportunity to do that for my guest is special. I also enjoy making memories with my own family. I have a husband and 3 children. You can find us fishing the lakes, hiking the trails, betting on horses and cheering on LouCity Soccer.

When walking into Top Shelf you are reminded of our history. This home is over 150 years old. You will notice the large windows and doors. The uneven floors from settlement. It adds to the character of the home. The fireplaces are now aesthetics of the home however, 150 years ago it was their modality for heat. The bathroom and kitchen were additions to the house at some point (can you imagine a home with no bathroom). Top Shelf is a piece of history that I have the honor to preserve and share with others.

Best of all it's location is unbeatable 1.5 miles to Buffalo Trace! Or walk out the front door and down to local restaurants, coffee shops, or boutiques. Downtown Frankfort has been maintained and is a gorgeous stroll on a sunny day.
