Step into this fully remodeled 1950âs cottage! Centrally located in Bristol, the historic downtown, Hard Rock Casino, Pinnacle shopping center, and Bristol Motor Speedway are all within a 15 minute drive or less! So many outdoor activities within reasonable driving distance including boating, swimming, hiking, biking, and fishing!
There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed; an extra room with a daybed that can be a king or2 twin beds and smart tv; a living room with a sofa, loveseat, and smart tv; a dining room with seating for 6 and a bar, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel like youâre at home, and a large laundry room. There is a large porch to sit and drink your coffee in the morning or just listen to the birds sing.

My husband and I are longtime trail runners and overall outdoor enthusiasts who fell in love with the mountains. We bought this house to have a place to get away to and share with others until we are able to move here permanently. In the process, we fell in love with area. I owned my own business for 18 years before going into coaching and run specialty. My husband has been a restaurant manager for as long as I can remember.

The house is close to everything in the area but just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly.
