Oceansmakfullt renoverade lägenhet med pool och tennisbanor

Station One Unit 2 / C - Barn yngre och gamla kommer att njuta av en Wrightsville Beach semester i detta 2 sovrum, 2 badrum 2: a våningen lägenhet i Station One.

Det har vackert ombyggt med öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum, nya golv i hela och båda badrummen helt omgjorda. Njut av fantastisk havsutsikt från alla stora rummen i lägenheten och en fantastisk privat balkong på havet. Det finns mycket att göra på Station One! Lounge vid poolen, spela en match eller två på tennisbanorna, och naturligtvis är havet precis där!

Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar ett grillområde med picknickbord på omsorgsfullt preparerade grunder, mynt i varje våning, 24 timmars säkerhet och hiss. Bekvämt beläget, Station One ligger bara en kort promenad till downtown Wrightsville Beach med affärer, livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger.

Det finns parkering för 2 bilar på gatan sida parkeringsplats. Beläggning: 6. Ingen rökning. Inga husdjur.

Station One-komplexet kräver att alla fordon ska visa ett HOA-utfärdat parkeringskort medan de parkeras på fastigheten för att undvika citering. Great property!

We really enjoyed this property and wish we stayed longer than a weekend! The home had everything we needed and was in close proximity to restaurants and the grocery store.

Wonderful Stay Station 1 at Wrightsville Beach

This condo has a terrific location steps from the beach. It was also walkable to many restaurants and shops. The property was in great condition. With maintenance stance making sure the property looked its best. The check-in instructions from Bryant were excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great spot

We loved our stay! Great location. Beautiful balcony. We loved that we could rent a highchair too. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Not super fancy but nice & relaxing.

Love 2c

This is our second time staying at 2C. It’s always clean and has everything we need for our family vacation. We love being able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and of course ice cream every night. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Awesome trip

The condo was beautiful with great ocean view. The only aggrivating part was 2 keys for 6 people. Not so bad for the condo door, but you needed a key to get in the building.

Comfortable condo in outdated complex

The unit had a very nice kitchen, good beds and comfortable furniture. The master bathroom was old and very cramped, but the other shower was updated. The worst thing about the unit were the non-functional blinds. The vertical blinds had lots of broken/missing blinds and none of the blinds kept light out, so plan on getting up at dawn if you stay here. Also, the internet was very slow. We had stayed at Station One many times years ago and the complex has not been kept up well in time since our last visit. All the hallways and stairwells looked bad and the door to the second floor from the stairwell is very hard to open. The pool area was fine, but nothing special and no noticeable updates in the years since our last visit. I would also advise against storing beach equipment in the common area, as our four new beach chairs were stolen a few days into our trip. The location was good in terms of being able to walk to restaurants and shops, but the beach here is not as pretty as other North Carolina beaches. Also, only choose this area if you prefer a lot of people and activity. We were woken up by people yelling on the beach and/or police/fire truck sirens several times. While this particular unit was nice, we will not be returning to Station One.

What a view

Lovely place to stay for a weekend - comfortable beds, furniture and well stocked kitchen. Microwave wasn’t working but after I called a small countertop one was brought in. Need to upgrade to keyless entry, but the view was worth the hassle. Great beach for walking or running.

So welcoming and comfortable!

Thanks for sharing your idyllic retreat. My two elderly (23 and 24) granddaughters and I spent all day on the beach except for watching the uNC basketball . You have made everything convenient . Love the solid patio doors and the new showers. Better than home.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a really clean well updated condo. We had everything we needed--other than sheets and towels which you can rent as well. The only downside was that the pool was closed and there were no restrooms that were accessible other than going all the way up to your room. Other than that all was well.

Great Waterfront Spot

This was a perfect spot for our Wrightsville Beach getaway - the condo was very clean, amply supplied and in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The view from the beachfront patio was amazing - we watched a beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee - without leaving the condo! Beach access was easy, and the facility amenities were top notch. The only issue we had was in trying to contact the rental office during our stay. We tried to call the office several times on the number they gave us (after 5 pm), but every time, after waiting on hold for several minutes, the call disconnected within seconds of an operator answering. We called from multiple phones, so it was not a one time fluke. In spite of that, this was a fantastic rental that I would highly recommend, and one that I would definitely return to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2C at Station One is a beautiful condo. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Station One is our favorite place to stay. We have rented three different condos in the complex and this one ranks up at the top. The furnishings, flooring and fixtures are all brand new. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are modern and clean. I know that this rental is new to the , I'd like to suggest that the owners add some items to better stock the kitchen: cutting boards, plastic cups and plates for kids, storage containers. Thank you for a great week at the beach. We hope to stay at 2C again!

Reviewer Comments: The prop was very nice and clean, great view without seeing the pool courts, etc. We literally were only there to sleep two nights and I totally missed the fact that we had to bring linens on the app..I had to scroll down to see that and missed it, so I had to spend an hour driving to find sheets and towels for us. Apparently this is new if you stay under so many days..The front door key was very very difficult to use in the door lock..I was afraid I was going to break it...very difficult. Make sure you have keys whenever you leave because you need them for every door you go thru. We didn't use the pool or tennis and didn't even go in the lobby..There were very few people in Station One or even beach/town when we were there in early Nov. There was plenty of parking and easy to get to and from the rental office.

Fantastic Condo with Amazing View

Truly fantastic property. Super comfortable king bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Comfy. Amazing view. Walked across the street for coffee and ice cream. We had a great time and would absolutely rent again.
