Enjoy your next trip to Southeast NM in our brand new newly build 2100 sq ft home with 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. Our home had a custom built fence surrounding a beautiful desert themed landscaping. It also had a custom carport along with a beautiful deck entering this castle. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

This brand new residence is located right in the heart of Carlsbad and is only a short 20 minute drive to the popular Carlsbad Caverns NP, 40 minutes Guadelupe Mountains NP, 75 miles from Roswell Alien museum, and so much more in Carlsbad NM.

The 4 bedroom modern inspired home can comfortably sleep up to 8 people making it perfect for families or groups wanting a place to stay together.

It features an open concept kitchen, 2 modern bathroom, a spacious living area and beautiful 2nd living area to chat yhe night away. It has been styled and furnished with your comfort in mind and is a true home away from home.

The spacious lounge area is comfortable in itself with large soft sectional sofas circling a big 65" HD screen TV with access to Netflix and local cable to fit your entertainment needs. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax or take one of the many board games to play on the oversized coffee table.

The stunning open plan kitchen features a beautiful center island, electric cooktop, an oven, a microwave and enough pots, pans and utensils to cook up a culinary masterpiece. There is a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea and all the cups, mugs, plates and bowls you could need.

Make use of the island breakfast bar with seating for four, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to keep the chef company while they are cooking away. Then take your meals over to the elegant dining table and enjoy a night in with good food and good company.

The master bedroom features a huge king bed with super soft bedding, a mounted smart TV and access to your own private bedroom with a huge walkin closet.. There is also plenty of storage space with a closet and vintage dresser.

The other bedroom afeatures a large comfortable queen bed with plenty of closet space and dressers in every room.

Within the modern bathroom you will find a full size shower/tub combo, with top of the range fittings and fixtures as well as a large stone vanity with sunken basin. There is plenty of white plush towels on offer as well as all the amenities you could need.

Tucked away behind the kitchen is the laundry where you have full use of the washing machine and dryer. All detergents and fabric softeners are supplied for you.

Outside there is a beautiful desert style landscaping surrounded by a custome built fence for your security. There is a custom built deck where you have full access to a BBQ as well as furniture to relax in as you watch the sunset. You will have free private parking in the custom driveway and carport. You can also park multiple cars in the driveway or on the street.

Guests have private access to the entire house and backyard area as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking and access to a washing machine and dryer.
