Enjoy and discover the allure of this meticulously updated single-family home that offers a fully fenced backyard with a non-heated pool and free parking!
This sweet spot is nestled in the greenery of Fort Lauderdale, just a hop, skip, and a 10 jump away from Wilton Manors, the beach, the famous Las Olas, Chase Stadium, downtown, shopping malls, and all the delicious restaurants!
Anything you could want -- restaurants, shopping, nightlife, or entertainment -- it's all within a few minutes!
Our home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or friends seeking the ultimate vacation experience. This home is where relaxation and indulgence await you!
The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax or enjoy watching a sports game or a good movie on the 65" Smart TV after a fun day of adventure. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sofa bed is comfy, so you can curl up with a good movie or board game. Walk into the large brand spanking new kitchen which is decked out with shiny stainless steel appliances and an ideal spot to cook a full-course meal for the entire gathering.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a 55" Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin-sized beds and 43" Smart TVs each.
For those who are working while here, our dining and extra table can be used as a workspace and there is high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 500 Mbps for you to use. There are also 3 mesh systems to evenly distribute and provide access throughout the home - including the backyard pool area!
This home comes with a garden for those times when you just want some chill time all to yourself. There is also a fenced backyard with a nice outdoor table with an umbrella where you can hang out and enjoy the sun loungers and a swimming pool for those sunny days.
An ensuite washer and dryer and 1 parking space at the side of the house are all provided during your stay!
