No smoking of any kind in the home, including in the garage (this is condo association rule )
Must be at least 25 years old to book
Please remove your shoes when entering the home (there are plastic mats for shoes in entry)
Store skis, snowboards, ski boots and sports equipment in the Ski storage lockers on garage level
**** Special rule, in bunk room the closet is an UTILITY CLOSET that should not be opened, door will hit bunk bed, please keep bunkroom closet door shut at all times****
