Welcome to the luxury and tranquility of a meticulously renovated and immaculate townhouse condo in the private Whitehall Farm community. This sun-splashed home offers elevated views of 65 acres of preserved rolling grasslands.
The first floor welcomes you with a stunning marble hallway that brings you to the private guest bedroom ensuite. Patio doors open to a private custom stone terrace with sitting area .
The second ( inverted living area) has a large new open kitchen with new appliances as well as a dining area. In addition, there is a nice bright open sitting areas with a long banquette with stunning views of the grasslands and French doors opening up to a rear deck. This is an ideal spot to sit for your sunrise morning coffee and have a breathtaking , peaceful view !
The living room has a two-sided gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and large ivory suede couch as well as a front deck that overlooks the commons with beautiful trees and a sitting area to watch the sunset
The elegant third floor hosts the private master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling and more stunning views. The master marble bathroom has a double sink as well as a large shower.
Notable features include: king-size beds, big screen TVs, extensive crown molding, new wood floors, large capacity washer and dryer, parking, and your own extended driveway. Our place is fully furnished move in ready including all household amenities such as linens, beach chairs & all necessary accessories.

The entire development just completed a massive 12-million-dollar external renovation. Enjoy 2 miles of new, wide private roads and circles providing unheard of safety for walkers and joggers.
One of New Englandâs best beaches is just over a mile away as is a free national wildlife preserve with oceanside walking trails.
