We stayed in Ogunquit to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary in the area where we'd honeymooned. The location of this apartment was a nice surprise. Quite a distance from Ogunquit Center, and all the people and traffic, and a short drive to Perkin's Cove and York/Nubble Light. Nearby, we discovered a whole new area to explore at Footbridge Beach. We wjust walked down the street to the beach, which was nearly empty, both mornings and one evening, too. It's just a beautiful spot. The apartment is small, especially the primary bedroom, with little space to move between the bed and wall/closet/furniture. As others have stated, the furnishings are old fashioned, and some quite worn, but were comfortable enough for the time we spent inside. The interior is bright and airy, and the kitchen had all we needed and more - with cupboards packed with what looked like tag sale finds. Questions were answered promptly via messaging, and my husband did see the owner one morning and he asked if everything was okay. Otherwise, we had no contact with them as the entrance is very private. There is adequate room for parking, and lovely plantings along the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.
