This was a great property, especially for its proximity to Circuit of the Americas. We arrived early, completely forgot what time check-in was, and let ourselves in. We got a call from the owner shortly after reminding us that check-in wasn't until later, but they were kind enough to let use drop our stuff off before we headed in town.Upon returning, our party split up into our chosen rooms. The beds were comfy, if weirdly low to the ground outside the primary bedroom. Sheets and bedspreads were thin, but still very warm and cozy. The pillows were, to my head, the exact right firmness. The shared bathroom was a shade small, with very little counterspace, but it worked well enough. The main living area is roomy and flexible. The large table works well for games, and the TV is mounted in a good spot relative to the couch and love seat. The patio is quite comfortable as well, though you would do well to be careful of the cracked floor by the grill. Likewise, the pavers out front by the driveway shifted a bit under my feet (and one even dislodged itself entirely). Maybe some crushed pea gravel between the pavers would solve that issue, but I'm didn't spend enough time there to truly have concerns.House rules were very reasonable (no requirement to strip the sheets or anything crazy).Access to HEB and downtown Buda was very convenient, though I-35 is a perpetual construction zone just to the north. The next time I'm in town, I'll definitely keep this property in mind!
