Communication was excellent with the host. We had a very comfortable stay, the apartment was spotless and had all the things we needed. We would happily stay here again.

Fun and Hiking in Banff

The place was wonderful. Clean, all the amenities and the host even helped with us getting access to Lake Louise when we missed our original scheduled bus time due to our plane being delayed.

It was very clean and check in was very easy. We could of used a few more towels. Kleenex box was empty and the toilet lid was broken as soon as we checked in.

Thank you for your review. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us so we are glad to hear your experience was positive and the place was very clean. We would have been happy to provide additional towels if we had known you would have liked more. Similarly we would have brought more tissue over as well, we apologize there was not enough left for you. Unfortunately the toilet seat was a bit loose after replacing it, we could have fixed this during your stay had we been advised, however we thank you for letting us know through this review and this has now been fixed.

Perfect in every way!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I booked, the property owner was extremely responsive and friendly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every nightOne of the highlights of our stay was the stunning outdoor space. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation, and the pool and hot tubs were perfect after a long day hiking. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, such as the welcome binder with detailed local recommendations and bathroom amenities to go along with dishwashing detergent and laundry detergentThe location was ideal, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and amenities. Whether we were exploring the nearby trails or many amazing restaurants, we always looked forward to returning to our home away from home.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
