Fantastic stay, great location and amenities. The pull out beds are slightly worn and the shower doesn’t get hot, however these issues were minor compared to the overall experience which was enjoyable!

Property was as listed and was in a good location. The bathroom was very small and no room to put toiletries and the water in the sink did not get warm and the shower would only become warm after a long period of time.Overall, we enjoyed the property and would likely stay again.

Overall it was an okay place to stay. We had trouble communicating with the front desk especially the first day there. Feels like the front desk people are not willing to help us. The place was mostly clean but found couple of roaches and bugs through our stay. We communicated that with our host and we were told that house keeping will come to help clean but no house keeper came to clean. We were told we could store our luggage on the premises but then the hotel side hostess refused toLet us store our luggage. Had to pay extra for a late check out. Communication could be improved and potentially some deep cleaning is required. Need new bedding as well.

Aloha, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the communication gaps and service issues you experienced, especially regarding housekeeping follow-up, luggage storage, and the pest concerns. These fall short of our standards, and we take your concerns seriously. We've noted your points about deep cleaning and bedding replacement. Your experience helps us improve our team's responsiveness and coordination. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention directly during your stay. We hope to welcome you back and provide a much better experience next time. Mahalo, Maui Condo and Home

Room was very basic but we explored the island so it worked for a place to rest. We had hoped to use the kitchenette for breakfast but the toaster, microwave and coffee maker needed replaced as they did not work properly. It is convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

9 Day Stay

The unit had everything we needed! If i had to point something i missed.. It would have been nice if there was a small side table with chairs on the front lanai.

The condo was tight when you opened the 2 pull out beds. The whole room could use a update for the decor. Very 80's. The communication with the front desk and staff were not good. The front desk will check you in and that is all. Any other questions they refer you to the host. This condo is obviously shared with one owner who has the front desk and staff to help and rest are split up to the individual owners (host). Not a good situation. It's pretty much a "that isn't my job" with anyone but the host. Do not park in their parking facility. It has 3 inches of water in it most of the time. Full time guy pumps it out daily due the water table problem in the island. The garage is below sea level. They should have paid us to park in their garage. Not the other way around. The pool was nice and never crowded. The restaurant by the pool was also nice and quiet. The price was right. Overall it worked but we feel the description was not accurate when we decided to stay here.

Hawaii 2025

This property supplies everything you need, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and soaps. There are pay laundry machines on the premises. It’s in a prime location to the beach and shopping. The food choice is amazing, make sure you try the food trucks! The single pull out bed is not meant for an adult as it is too soft and you feel all the springs, but it would be fine for a small child. With 3 adults staying for 5 days a few more dish towels would be ideal. We had an issue with the safe and when we called they sent a maintenance person quickly. The management company checked up on us a few times and that was appreciated. The pool area was a bit crowded as the people from the next hotel over were allowed access as well since their pool was undergoing maintenance.Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

It was clean and easy access to local attractions. We did buy more pillows because there were not enough pillows for the pull out beds but we left ours there for future travelers. There are rules about kids in the pool at night which I didn’t expect. We ended up just walking to the beach so the kids could swim. Overall we loved our stay and would stay here again.

Aloha, Thank you so much for your kind words about the cleanliness and location. We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and were able to take advantage of everything nearby. Mahalo as well for leaving the extra pillows, that was incredibly thoughtful and something future guests will truly appreciate. We’ve also taken note of your feedback about pillow availability for pull-out beds. We appreciate your understanding regarding the pool guidelines, as they are in place for safety, and we’re glad the beach offered a fun alternative for your family. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We would love to host you again on your next visit. Mahalo, Maui Condo and Home
