New Beach Cottage/Water View/ Beach Gear/walk to beach!
Be among the first to stay at our brand new beach cottage in Salvo, NC and make unforgettable memories in the Outer Banks! Finished in April 2024, this house is a traditional beach box style, with an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and a fresh coastal vibe. Relax in an Adirondack chair on the front porch and watch the kiteboarders, or pair the perfect sunset with a glass of wine. Beach access is a quick walk away, with private access right at the end of our street. After the beach a beautiful outdoor shower awaits you to wash away the sand.
**NEW in 2025!! Fenced in dog area and fully private space underneath the house!Stand up paddle board! 2 children's kayaks! 2 more adult sized bikes (4 total)! Installation of outdoor fans in outdoor spaces! New fire pit area with privacy fence!
The cottage has three bedrooms, and will comfortably sleep 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds (note that only children should sleep on the top bunk). The queen and bunk rooms share a full bathroom.
Outside: Enjoy lunch or dinner breathing in the salt air! There is a new large gas grill available for guest use under the house, and a large wood picnic table. Afterwards, challenge your friends and family to a game of Cornhole or go for a bike ride for ice cream (right down the street!). Four Adirondack chairs surround a wood burning fire pit in the side yard, perfect for relaxing at home after a long day at the beach.
Extras: Don't worry about lugging the beach stuff! For a more convenient vacation we have the following available for use: 2 kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and a beach cart! Save room in your car and save money on rentals! A $500 value!

I am from New England, and I have always loved the ocean. I live a busy life with three rescue dogs and a job in nonprofit. This translates to the joy I get through sharing my slice of paradise with fellow travelers. Something about the Outer Banks is just so special, and love the opportunity to share my little sanctuary with others. I've travelled the world and the OBX is the place I go to find peace and reset, to connect with family, it's where I find joy - and I hope you will too.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I love our neighborhood! If you want to escape the chaos of everyday life but still be close enough to modern conveniences, this is it. It's a two lane road in an out of town (highway 12) and you can get everywhere by bike. You can get fresh pastry every morning and the best sandwiches right across the street! Everytime I come here, it's like taking a deep exhale.

Seaside Retreat is perfectly situated in the middle of everything. Close enough to walk to the beach and the sound, with views of the sound from the front porch. It's the perfect size for a family vacation. Added bonus- the house is brand new!
