★ GARAGE NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS★
The garage will be locked during the entire duration of the stay and is not included with the rental. Can be requested for an additional fee.

★ PRE-ARRIVAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS★
We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and verify their Government Issued ID showing over the age of 25. A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $650 fine for everyone that smokes inside.

★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS ★

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of extreme importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

The home will be completly yours while on premisis. Check yourself in with the smartlock.

Host is local to Charlotte. You will have contactless check-in and will not see me unless something is required during your stay.

We are pet friendly at $200 pet fee per pet (pet cant exceed 20lbs).

Please note: Your reservation will only include the pet fee for the 1st pet. If you're bringing multiple pups with you we will access a pet fee $50 additional & max 3dogs.
