Home has 4 bedrooms and lots of space that can accommodate both families and groups of friends. Large garage converted to game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey and pop a shot! Enjoy the large backyard with outdoor seating, BBQ, badminton and cornhole. Walking distance to pickleball courts, frisbee golf course and bike paths!

Great place for a group!

Perfect place for our group of 5. We were able to walk to our training downtown. Lots of space and all the needed amenities.

Great home for large family

We had a family gathering and there was more than plenty of room for everyone. The home was beautiful and the game room was a hit!

Excellent stay in Eugene

My family was in town for the weekend and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room to accommodate us all and to provide several spaces for different groups to hang out and visit. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

Gutenberg Education Conference

We came for a conference in Eugene- adults and teens, and it was perfect! We all slept well and the big living room was great to meet and discuss things. Beautiful outdoor spaces as well. Thank you!

Fun place for family get together

The property was exactly as described. Lots of room, and areas to hang out. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun and an excellent source of entertainment. The bedroom was very comfortable and the host communicated with us very well. The only negative thing that I could say was the pots and pans were lacking a bit and there was no brush to clean the BBQ.
