Nyligen renoverad 1 sovrumstuga i tysk stil med komplett kök, matplats, vardagsrum och badrum med stenstendusch. 4 sovplatser bekvämt - queen size-säng i sovrummet och dra ut queen size-säng i soffan i vardagsrummet. Ny spis håller stugan väldigt varm om den föredras framför ugnen. Stort däck 300 kvm för utsikt över bergen eller stjärnor. Fastigheten är 7. 5 tunnland för snöskovandring, vandring eller fågelskådning på egendom-vattenfall och fjädrar leder till ett damm som är hem för några få gräsandar på våren. Firepit för att steka marshmallows eller campa på sommaren. Belleayre skidort och badsjö ligger cirka 5-7 minuters bilresa från stugan. Jordbrukarmarknaden är 8 mil varje lördag på sommaren. Catskill natursköna järnväg är 5 miles bort tillsammans med slangar i Esopus-floden och olika dolda badhål tillsammans med de bästa vandring Catskills har att erbjuda. Centralt beläget för allt man behöver för att få en oförglömlig vistelse.
Vägen är plogad på vintern och är tillgänglig för de flesta bilar.

Retreat

I stayed several days in October. The cabin was cozy, clean and just as described. My ducks loved the pond and the little waterfall. The other cabin was a bit close so next time I will rent both and have my family come up with me. You could hear the noise from the road even though it was not that close nor could you see it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Second Stay

We returned to this cabinet after having had such an enjoyable time last year. Once again, everything suited our needs. The cabin is very clean, well equipped, and nicely appointed. We look forward to future stays.

NOT secluded - description & photos misleading

Upon arrival is when we were surprised to find another rental property, also owned by host, about 100' away directly facing this property. The two properties share the driveway, parking and the 7.5 acres. The other rental is larger and taller allowing those occupants full view of this property's outside areas; deck, pond, sauna. It is less than 25' behind sauna due to shared driveway. It's automatic flood lights shine onto this property for hours at night. If you don't close blinds and curtain they can see into the common areas of this cabin also. In our experience there is NO privacy - you're watched and heard clearly by anyone at the other rental. We contacted host about this and was only offered a refund if we left which wasn't an option for us at that time since we were in the area for personal reasons commencing on our last night and travelling with 2 senior dogs. So we were stuck... staying here with the coming and going of 3 different renters and cleaning crews at the other property for our 6 days. We will not rent any property from this host again, we prefer host with intergity.....and we rent cabins a least 7 times a year in various states.

Family get away

Omg! My husband my twin sister her husband and I we had a beautiful time in this cozy cabin, everything was perfect, so quiet you only hear the frogs at night we did barbecue we did the fire in the fire pit, enjoy dinner every night sitting at the deck looking the nice view to the mountains. Perfect we away for 4 days.We definitely coming back.Roxana the host excellent.Thank you so much!!!!!👍🐸🌿🌱

Cozy Cabin Near Belleayre

A perfect spot so close to the slopes! The fireplace makes it extra cozy. Great size home for a small group/family. Too bad we never got to try the sauna -- it's a great feature.

Cozy base for solo hiking weekend

The cabin was perfect for my needs. I came to the Catskills for a weekend of hiking in late autumn. Everything was well maintained and convenient. The property lacked for nothing. The sauna was relaxing after a day in the woods (you can hear the creek from inside the sauna) and the excellent fireplace kept me toasty on the chilly November nights. Especially loved the great rocking chair and charming Northwoods decor. Would gladly stay again.

Cozy Cabin

Stayed 2 nights with my hubby and dog for my cousin's wedding in Pine Hill. Clean and comfortable. Appreciate that my dog was able to stay with us. Didn't use the sauna but will next time!

Perfect for Our Needs

The cabin is very clean, well-equipped, and cheerful. The deck is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The host was pleasant to talk to and responded quickly to any of our questions. We’re already looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing Isolated Cabin

If you're looking for a cabin that's more on the isolated, woodside, relaxing chill vibe, this is the place. It was a perfect weekend getaway that wasn't too far from the city and had all the amenities I was looking for: grill, firepit, fireplace, amazing hiking trail nearby, etc. It even has a sauna that you can use. You only have one neighbor but far enough to feel like you're in your own place. Owner is super responsive as well and accommodating. Definitely saved for revisit in the future!

Excellent vacation rental property

We planned a short weekend stay. Extremely communicative Manager Rosanna. Property excellently maintained and stocked well. One of the very best managed in my experience. Would definitely recommend to my other friends and family. Keep it up.

Mountain Getaway

Centrally located to various hiking trails. Would look to book later in the week and on weekend as many restaurants were closed earlier in the week. We mostly ate out.

I had great time at the cabin! Quiet, cozy, secluded, is exactly what I needed and was pleasantly pleased. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fire pit and sauna-but will next time. The host team was excellent and responsive with questions I had regarding the cabin heat and TV operations. Totally enjoyed my breakfast on the deck each morning with mountain views and the heavenly stars at night. This was my first time in a mountain cabin and I’m so glad I experienced this one and location. Cheers!

Quaint County Cabin

Fun little cabin that provided a home away from home in between rides up the ski lift at Belleayre. Not over the top fancy, but just what we needed. The sauna on the property was fun to try and the creek rolling through provided a slow country sound that we didnt know we needed. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Great weekend getaway

The property is delightfully quaint. Has everything you need and then some (see: sauna). Proximity to skiing is primo. Would definitely stay again. We were there for the skiing season but seems like it would be quite pleasant any time of year.
