Welcome to your beach retreat! This spacious home offers easy access to the beach (5 mins via golf cart) and a serene setting. Enjoy inclusive entertainment in the open floor plan layout, with cozy bedrooms and a separate lower level master bedroom. Start your day on the screened in porch, then head to the beach via your 6-person golf cart (separate rental required) with beach chairs. Relax in the backyard with a firepit or explore the all the great places in Oak Island or Southport. Book your stay for the best Oak Island experience!
Bed linens and bath towels are included in cleaning fee.
The following has been included to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible:
- Washer & Dryer
- Beach towels
- Beach canopy
- Beach chairs
- Boogie Boards
- Coolers
- Outdoor hose
- Pack ân play (bring your own linens)
- Baby/Dog Gates
- Board games and puzzles
- Weber Spirit 3 burner propane grill(propane included)
- Fire pit w/ Adirondack Chairs (wood not provided, easily found at grocery stores)
- 65â TV with HDMI cord connection
- Electric Fireplace in living room
There is a shop vac in the garage so you can vacuum out all that beach sand before you return home.
The fully stocked kitchen features:
- Stainless steel appliances(microwave, smooth top stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer)
- Blender
- Cookie sheets
-Casserole dish
- 12 cup coffee maker
- Tea Kettle
- Crock pot
- Toaster
- Mixing bowls
- Measuring cups
- Drinkware, Dinnerware, Flatware, Wine Glasses
- Pots & pans
- Spices, salt, pepper
Dogs must be booked in advance with a $250 pet fee paid at booking.
HOUSE RULES-
- NO SMOKING/vaping on the property
- No Parties or Events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors as most of them are full time residents. Town of OKI quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
Did you know that we offer a golf cart rental?
It is SO much fun to cruise to the beach on our 2022 SIX PASSENGER street legal golf cart. It has a beach chair rack on the back and built in bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music!
Golf cart rates: $80 a night (which includes $20 a day beach parking pass)
We will need a signed copy our golf cart waiver and usage guidelines. Golf cart is rented for the whole duration of your stay.
There is a list of golf cart rules/driving restrictions located in the binder in the house. Please read the binder located inside the house for more important information about the property and the island.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth and I am the owner and property manager of FOUR SHORE. Grew up in New York and currently live in New Jersey. Oak Island is our favorite spot to get away and we couldn't be luckier to be able to rent out our home. Happy to share all of our favorite local spots :)
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Oak Island and Southport are near and dear to our heart. We first discovered the area when visiting an Uncle and immediately fell in love. The Southeast side of Oak Island is perfect for being close to the beach but also hidden away in your own oasis
