We spent great time in this house

Every detail matched what in pictures. Clean and tidy and very close to the beach. Me and my family spent a week and we had great time there. Thank you!

The property was very clean and looked like the posted pictures. The yard is well manicured. The amenities for the beach were great. One bathroom required some coordination but worked well in shifts. Something the owner cannot control but effected our stay was the homeless population walking the street and begging for money. It made me uncomfortable with three small grandchildren.

We had a relaxing stay that was perfect for the weekend to visit our daughter at UNF.

We had a relaxing stay that was perfect for the weekend to visit our daughter at UNF. Quiet neighborhood, close to plenty of good restaurants and the beach. We cooked dinner one night and the house had all the things we needed. Karina was quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely look into staying again next time in Jax.

Close to Beach Cottage

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cottage! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, and Publix is nearby for any grocery needs. The three-bedroom setup was ideal for our group, providing plenty of space and comfort. Karina was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and available to answer any questions. If you’re looking for a convenient and relaxing spot for a weekend getaway near the beach, this is the place to be!

Absolutely Perfect!

Heads over heels with the Jax Beach Cottage!! Comfortable, modern, spic and span clean, close to everything you might need for a long or a short stay. 3 blocks away from Publix, 4 to Walgreens, one more block to the beach, restaurants and stores and less than 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic. The cute cottage has the absolute latest and greatest appliances (yes, Bosch... top of the line) two giant screen TVs and I got to cook with gas!! (So much better) Loved that my car was protected from the Florida birds in the carport. The area is quiet and safe, very walkable, the hosts are super nice and responsive. And I will be back! So, save it for me!! :) Thank you for hosting me.
