This spacious vacation home boasts an impressive approx. 2,456 square feet of living space, featuring three stylishly appointed bedrooms and three modern bathrooms – ideal for families or groups. The amenities leave nothing to be desired: unwind by the sparkling pool or in the soothing spa. High-speed internet and flat-screen TVs ensure top-notch entertainment, while the fully equipped outdoor kitchen invites you to enjoy sociable barbecues under the Florida sun.



A special highlight is the large boat dock. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the direct and quick access to the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico – unforgettable boating adventures are guaranteed!

Please note that the boat lift is reserved for the owner and is not included in the rental agreement. However, rental boats can be conveniently docked at the existing boat dock.



Nearby, the picturesque marinas of Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour beckon with their charming restaurants and breathtaking views.

Dream House

Villa Aqua is a perfect vacation home through and through. The location is excellent, in the best part of SW Cape Coral. It is only five minutes by bike to the nearest Publix and perhaps ten to Cape Harbor. The house was built only a few years ago and has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard by the owner. There is none of the usual plywood furnishings, only super high-quality furniture and extremely comfortable mattresses in the upper price range. The kitchen is equipped with premium appliances and you will find everything you could possibly need in the kitchen during your vacation. The equipment really leaves nothing to be desired. The absolute highlight is the covered lanai, also with super high-quality barbecue equipment and premium garden furniture. The cleanliness is impeccable and so is the service provided by the housekeeper. We rented the house for two full weeks in July 2025 and can 100% recommend it. Die Villa Aqua ist ein durch und durch perfektes Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist exzellent, im besten Part von SW Cape Coral. Zum nĂ€chsten Publix sind es nur fĂŒnf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, zum Cape Harbour vielleicht zehn. Das erst vor wenigen Jahren Jahren erbaute Haus wurde vom Besitzer Ă€ußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig möbliert und ausgestattet. Es gibt keine ĂŒbliche Sperrholz-Einrichtung, sondern nur super hochwertige Möbel und extrem bequeme Matratzen der oberen Preisklasse. Die KĂŒche ist mit Premium-GerĂ€ten ausgestattet und Sie werden alles finden, was man wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs in der KĂŒche gebrauchen könnte. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen. Das absolute Highlight ist das ĂŒberdachte Lanai mit ebenfalls super hochwertigen GrillgerĂ€ten und Premium-Gartenmöbeln. Die Sauberkeit ist tadellos und der Service der Hausbetreuerin ebenfalls. Wir haben das Haus im Juli 2025 fĂŒr zwei volle Wochen gemietet und können es uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen. Nichts/Nothing
