Beds were comfortable and linens fresh. The house met our needs for a 10 day stay. Loved the location being in a quiet neighborhood but not far from food and downtown. Pyumi was communicative and provided the details we needed for our trip. All in all, a great stay!

We had a family event in the area and this house was perfect for several of us to stay together. It’s such a different vibe to get up in the morning to share coffee and conversation while being cozy in your jammies in the privacy of a home rather than a hotel. We will return next year hopefully.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful holiday at the house. Kitchen is large enough for multiple people cooking/prepping at once. We did bring our own roasting pan and carving set but everything else was there. Great location for activities throughout Indianapolis.

Graduation Week

This was a perfect location for IUI graduation weekend! Quiet neighborhood was safe and great location. Kitchen was well stocked. For elderly guest there is a walk in shower. Nice plus. Graduation

We rented the house for a medical school graduation. It was perfect for us. There were eight adults and one dog! There was enough room for all of us with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. We love the fact that there was a little fenced in backyard for the dog!

What a great home!! A perfect location for my son’s tournament in Grand Park…an easy drive to get there. And, so close to our favorite restaurants in Carmel. Piyumi was so accommodating and communicative! What a perfect weekend! Thank you so much, Piyumi!

House was better than what the pictures show. Had a great time and will definitely stay again when visiting Indy with our whole family! Beds are firm and pillows are very dense so if you prefer softer pillows, take your own. Sheets were clean and felt great! They provide detergent pods, ground coffee, sugar and also a bottle of wine! Thanks for your hospitality.

The cleanliness and upkeep of this house was not up to expectations. Bedding and bathrooms were fine. Kitchen had dusty walls and coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. The vinyl plank floors were broken in multiple places through the house. The owner was very responsive and did give us a small refund when he asked about our stay. It was fine for one night, but we chose to leave before staying the second night.
