WELCOME TO THE HEART OF HOVE ! Minutes from the Station, the Park and the Shopping district and a short walk to the beach. I specialise in slightly longer stays of 3+ weeks and longer with this particular rental, as I am recovering from an illness and unable to do nightly changeovers.

A very rare opportunity to stay in a real one-off flat right in a highly desirable location right by Hove station (yet brilliantly you don't hear the trains!) This property feels like a little semi-detached house, being only attached by one room, with no one above and no one below, very private, as can be viewed in the pictures. So this makes it ideal for someone who is looking for peace and quiet, and with a walled garden surrounding the property, makes it very secluded. Click “More Details” below

You can then appreciate that the property comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 persons in the bedroom’s Kingsize bed, plus 3 or 4 persons using the living room’s Kingsize Sofa Bed.

THE FRONT GARDEN which is both East and South facing, and therefore sunny. This oasis is enclosed and private. It has a paved area, plus several super soft, artificial grassed areas for fuss free maintenance and enjoyment.

The SEATING consists of a bistro TABLE + CHAIRS, as well as a large outdoor SOFA with DINING TABLE for 8 persons. This is a wonderful space and for the area is large; completely walled making it nice and secure, and is perfect for entertaining during summer.

THE REAR PATIO GARDEN is West facing and is also enclosed and private.

Kingsize 5 foot wide bed. Recessed spotlighting, wooden flooring, double glazed window, radiator, built-in double sliding panel mirrored wardrobe. This room also looks out to the garden.

Contemporary white bathroom suite comprising panelled enclosed bath with shower unit, wall mounted wash bowl, low level WC. Mosaic tiled walls, obscured double glazed window for natural ventilation, recessed spotlighting, tiled flooring.

 
LOCATED at the junctions of Newtown Road + Hove Park Villas, the apartment is well served immediately across the road with a Chemists, Bakers/Coffee Shop, Convenience store, Hairdressers/Spa.

Just over the FOOTBRIDGE to HOVE Railway Station are more shops inc a Tesco Metro, The Station pub, cafes, takeaways, coffee shops, newsagents, florist, car wash and petrol station. Keep fit at Snap Fitness Gym!

SOUTH - A short walk brings you to Blatchington Road and George Street - Hove's main shopping district full of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. One block further and you are on Hove seafront, with beach cafes and the King Alfred Leisure Centre.

NORTH - If you head up Hove Park Villas, you reach Hove Recreation Ground and Hove Park in just a few minutes. They both have cafes and childrens play areas. Nearby is a largeWaitrose Superstore with free onsite car park.
