Welcome to Saltwater Soul. The home is a brand new build and sits second row to the beach and has ocean views from every window. There is beach access just a short walk away at the end of 8th Ave. This home has an elevator that goes from the ground up the 3rd story, main living area.

This rental home has a reverse floor plan. This means the first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1 bedroom is a is a master with king and full bath. 1 queen bedroom, and 2 twin bunk sets, attached to the queen room is another full bath. From the floor and through every bedroom you can access the wrap around deck. Also on this floor you will find the washer and dryer.

The second floor has the living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, and full bath bath that is attached to the 2nd king bedroom. This floor has a wrap around deck with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The third floor is a family area with full bath.

Each porch is furnished with ample seating area and the most comfortable chairs.

All bedrooms have televisions.

Bedding linens and bathing towels will be provided for each Bedroom/Bathroom for ease throughout your stay.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.

- a new kitchen scrubber

- a dish towel and washcloth

- dish soap

- dishwasher tabs

- powdered laundry soap

- bar soap per bathroom

- ziplock bags

- trash bags

- toilet paper

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
