We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!! It was clean and was equipped with everything we needed for cooking every night. There were 5 of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The views driving in were remarkable, and it was so peaceful and quiet after the busy days we had!! We will definitely return!!

Had a little self induced issue with checking in. Host was very accommodating and worked through it. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Excellent stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was quiet, relaxing, clean, and comfy. Beautiful location in the mountains. The hosts were very friendly, communicative, and check-in was very easy. Would definitely stay again!

The house is better than the pictures show! I was blown away!! It was clean, open and inviting! The property is in a beautiful secluded spot. Friendly neighbors that do drive by :) We brought our dog and he absolutely loved having a yard for a few days to run and play in :) Ward and Karyn were amazing hosts and answered any questions we had without delay. DEFINITELY going to be back this property! Thank you so much for making our vacation even more amazing!!

Views were spectacular

Property was nestled in the mountains with great views and 5 acres to hike. Rafting, hiking and the Royal Gorge was just minutes away. Property owners thought of everything for their guests as well as our pets. Would definitely book again.

Very comfortable, well equipped, great location, great hosts, great for pets. We flew in from FL to hang out with adult sons, a fiance, and their 2 dogs. Enjoyed the fenced in patio

Perfection!

This house was exactly what we were looking for to spend our family vacation. Private, relaxing and truly pet friendly. It was cute and cozy. Plenty of space to lounge both inside and out. The hosts were great- very welcoming and responsive. Check in was a breeze. A short drive away from all Canon city has to offer. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at this secluded property. The fence around the property was perfect for our dogs. Both doors have pet doors which was helpful. We took our dogs on hikes/walks on the property, just be careful of cactus and foxtails. Neighbors are not visible from the property, but you may hear them. There is a covered area next to the front door with a table and chairs. This was used quite a bit as it kept us out of the sun if we wanted. The inside of the house was clean, comfortable, and roomy. There are board games which were fun to play.Canon City is about half an hour away. They have 3 grocery stores, many places to get something to eat, and other stores. If we ever return to this area, we would rent this property again.
