Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath Condo located in Margaretaville , just minutes to AMI beach. This unit has two ensuite, and a chiefs dream turnkey kitchen. This spacious three bedroom lagoon-view condo sleeps 7 and features a king in the master -en suite has a walk in shower , King in the 2nd en-suite bedroom with a full bath, two twins in the 3rd bedroom. Our family has been coming back to One Particular Harbor for several years and enjoy our stay. Our grandkids enjoy the pool and we appreciate the security. Just across the bridge is the lovely Anna Maria Island.Our condo unit was very well equipped and very clean

Beautiful condo in excellent condition with superlative views

Property was clean and well-appointed. Pool area was in excellent shape and very inviting. Condo has great water views. However, we did have trouble gaining access to the property. Our arrival plans were not given to or retained by the property manager and so we had to jump through lots of hoops to get past the security gate--this in the dark after a very long day of travel. This frustrating bit of slippage was our only problem with the property. Otherwise, all was perfect!

Very noisy work on bldg, very bright lights, no dimmers, couldn't get cable TV in master. Garbage too far away. Terrible weather not your problem!

This is a beautiful property. Condo has absolutely everything you need and great location near Anna Maria Island and close to IMG Academy. Only note would be to leave the keys/fobs in the condo rather than pick up and drop off at the office.

It was just a short drive over the bridge to Annamarie Island which made things very convenient and grocery stores were very close by for necessities. The staff was very responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, great condo, clean

It's a great place. Beautiful view with osprey, roseate spoonbills, rabbits. Great sunsets, great pool. The condo has everything you need, all the glasses, dishes, towels you could want. several of the elevators weren't working in buildings and an alarm was going off for days in one of the equipment rooms. The music at the pool was a bit loud. Clear instructions on where to dispose trash would help.

Enjoyed our stay at OPH

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and well furnished, except for a couple minor things: there was a shortage of mugs and spoons, and window blind in the twin bedroom did not block the light from the outside hallway. Rented bikes on Anna Maria Island, riding on the sidewalks/streets, no bike paths. Loved Coquina Beach. Went to a Pittsburgh Pirates spring training game, nice ballpark! Also rented a pontoon, visited Sarasota and Bradenton.

Nice accommodations but had maintenance issues

We arrived for our 9 day stay on Thursday with no issues. Once in the condo we realized that the master bedroom's ceiling fan/light didn't operate correctly (light had to be on to use the fan- so no air moving during the night). The fan/light in the 2nd master didn't work at all. We put new batteries in both remotes, no help. We messaged the host. She sent someone the next day, but they weren't able to help. Was told it would be repaired before our departure. When we left at the end of our stay the fans/lights still didn't operate. (A box fan would have been nice). No compensation was offered. Also we had to ask for wash cloths because there was only 2 in the 3 bed/bath unit-received them on the 4th day of our stay. Over all the condo was nice and the kitchen was very well stocked. We stayed Jan 9-18th 2025

Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean, very well appointed condo complete with everything you might want during your stay (board games, books, storage locker with beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen). Wonderful view of sunsets from the screened porch that opens to the living space. We had an amazing stay! Less than 2 miles to Manatee Beach - we walked, biked and drove across the bridge. Highly recommend! While visiting I would also recommend Anna Maria Island Dolphin Tours - great combo snorkeling, sandbar, dolphin tour. Perico Preserve and Robinson Preserve were close and great places for a morning walk.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - our 2nd time to One Particular Harbor. We arrived to the rental at 415p and the cleaning team was still there. A little disapointing for sure as check out time is 10a. We had an issue with bugs in the condo this time around. It was not just a bug bite or 2, each person got eaten up pretty good. Called and the only option was to turn the air up. We had the condo at 66 the entire time and it was no help. Just a beware for sure. As mentioned great location and nice ammenties within the condo complex.

Beautiful Property with a spectacular view.

The layout and location of this property are phenomenal. The view of the sunset was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious condo. I would definitely stay here again. My complaints are so minor, there almost not worth mentioning and if you are thinking of staying here, do it. You will not regret it. The info provided prior to our stay stated that the pool closes at 10pm. However, when you get to the property, it actually closes at dusk. This is minor but I was in the area working during the week and didn't get back to the condo until around dusk. By the time I ate dinner, I wasn't able to enjoy the pool. The guests that were there before us, must have had fish in the freezer and fridge. they clearly were not careful with it and it really had a horrible smell when you opened it and it left everything we put in there smelling like fish that had gone bad.
