The house was great! Very clean and they have everything! We loved the lake and appreciated the paddle-board and kayak. The location is fantastic and on deep water. The beds were very comfortable and the place is spacious for 8 people. Plenty of bath and lake towels. Our favorite part was the screened in sunporch! The fans allowed us to hangout there for hours. We sat out there every morning until it was time to go down to the water.

Great stay! House very well stocked and plenty of space for our family to spread out. The water is deep enough off the dock for kids to jump in.

We had a fantastic vacation in this charming cottage on Lake Nottely. We felt very comfortable and at home. The master bedroom bed was as comfortable as our bed at home so we slept like rocks every night. The lake is gorgeous and we rented a boat for three half days during the week and there was very little boat traffic mid-week so we felt like we practically had the lake to ourselves. We also enjoyed a couple of dock days just floating in the water with the floats and lake mat provided by the host. And the hammock swings down on the dock were also great. Veronica was very helpful and was quick to respond if we had any questions. We loved it so much that we plan to go back next year!

We've rented quite a few vacation properties in the Georgia mountains over the years and this was by far our favorite. The location on the lake is really beautiful and quiet. The outdoor screen porch was a great place to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The living areas and bedrooms were very comfortable and the owners very responsive. I highly recommend and hope to come back next year as well.

Peaceful Lake House

Our stay at this Lake House was ideal. The pictures don't do it justice. It was more than we expected and perfect for our group of teens, parents, and grandparents. Everything is well appointed and comfortable. We hope to return in the future and spend more time on the lake and in this lovely home.

A Wonderful Week at Lakeside Retreat!

We absolutely loved our week at Lakeside Retreat. The house was as beautiful as advertised, and the owner was such a pleasure to work with. We had zero issues during our stay and the house was wonderfully appointed both inside and out. There isn't anything that the owners didn't think of! We loved eating our meals and relaxing on the huge screened in porch, making snores at the fire pit on the deck, swimming off the dock, and using their paddle board, kayaks, and swim mat. Such an awesome house and stay! We will be back!

Perfect spot for our family of 7. Veronica was very responsive and the property is exactly as described. Loved the screen porch with large table for card games on a rainy day.
