Julie, Thank you for informing us of the issues you experienced during your stay in this property. Since Hurricane Sally blew through our area we have been working to get things back to some sort of normalcy. The issue with the door is one thing the property manager has been working to resolve and they actually thought they had it fixed until we got your review. I will be bringing this matter to their attention again since it is an issue the association will have to handle. As for the sheets, we would've like to know this issue right away and would've gladly sent housekeeping to correct the issue with your sheets. Please know this is a matter we do not take lightly and will be handling this issue with our housekeeping staff. We do hope that despite these issues, that you were able to have an enjoyable stay and that you will consider returning to be our guest again soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Mike, We are very saddened by your poor review of your stay with us in this great unit. We are terribly sorry for the condition of the table and the glasses and wish you would've allowed us the opportunity to assist with these issues. Although these items should've been addressed prior to your arrival, we would've happily made arrangements for housekeeping to get these items handled quickly for you. We are so glad to know your overall stay went well and you enjoyed some items about this property. We do manage several units along the coast so we hope you will at least give another property we manage a try in the future. Be sure to mention the returning guest discount that we will apply to all of your future bookings you make with us. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

We are terribly sorry for your issue at arrival with the information regarding the lockbox. We researched your issue and found that the arrival information DID have a typo in 1 location of the information but had you read a little further, it explains the exact location of the lockbox and the code to retrieve the key. This issue has been corrected to help all future guests know exactly what to do at arrival. All of our contact information is also included on all documentation that was emailed to you from our office and had you called or communicated with us directly, we would've been happy to assist you with the location of the lockbox and all other issues you mentioned. The loud noise and disturbance that you received from other guests should've been reported to us as well as the police, so that you could've enjoyed your stay to the fullest. We hate you feel you had no other option but to just deal with it on your own as we would've been happy to assist with all of these issues with a simple phone call or text communication to our office. We do hope you will decide to give us and this great property another try by coming to be our guest again soon. Thank you! Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Ashley, We thank you for the excellent review despite the issues you had with the shower head and the TV remote. We could've sent maintenance to the rescue had we known while you were here. Next time please contact us for these minor issues so we can make your stay more enjoyable. We look forward to you coming back soon to be our guest again. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Zachary, We are terribly sorry you had such an awful experience during your stay with us in this great property. We sent out emails to every guest on August 20th, which is when the information was released to us regarding the construction project at this complex. You called our office the day before your arrival stating that you had just located the email from us in your SPAM folder. We do not feel it was our fault that you did not receive the email until the day before you were set to arrive. In the email, we gave every guest the option to move to another property (if available) and we also offered guests a refund if they chose to cancel. You also informed us that some of the knocks on the door during your stay were from other guests in the building asking you to jump their vehicle as they were experiencing a dead battery in their vehicle. This is something completely out of our control as we did not send them to knock on your door, nor did we tell them to come to your unit. We really are very sorry for the construction frustration that you endured during your stay, however we did our best to alert every guest booked in this property of the situation and were prepared to accommodate each guest accordingly. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
