This beachfront condo, lovingly coined "The Seahorse Suite" by our staff, offers ample space for up to eight people making it an ideal choice for family vacations or group getaways. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an adjoining bathroom fit for a queen thanks to a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed and an adjoining bathroom and the third bedroom includes a set of playful twin bunks, a closet with a stackable washer and dryer plus a flat screen TV to entertain the kids. The expansive living room boasts a queen sleeper sofa and sweeping beach views. You can watch the big game from your huge flat screen TV or watch dolphins play in the sparkling gulf. End the day with a money-saving home-cooked meal. It's easy with the fully-stocked kitchen, large dining set and numerous bar stools at your disposal. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was decent. We had to supply our own toilet paper, paper towel, and other cleaning products. I understand that stuff isn't included but it would have been nice to have. The property could also use a good full cleaning. Under the chair cushions were nasty, and underneath where the TV was also pretty disgusting.

Spring break 2025

It was a great location and had a great view. The cleanliness was not up to par for us. The walls were banged up and looked dirty. The furniture arms looked stained and dirty. The stove started smoking and set off the smoke alarm when we tried to use it. Underneath furniture in rooms were not cleaned. We found someone else’s sock and shirt under one of the beds that were from someone else’s stay. We had a horrible sour smell for days we could not pin point where it was coming from. I finally figured out it was coming from the bottom of the stove so we cleaned it and ended up cutting a finger while doing it. There were also several things that have not been dusted in quit some time. I brought these things to the hosts attention and they only offered to send another cleaning crew in. At this point we cleaned up most of it. I believe the fees for the cleaning crew is outrageous considering their not doing a very good job and doing bare minimal. There needs to be someone to check the cleanliness of the condo after the cleaning crew go through. I believe the cleaning fee should at least be refunded if their going to half do the job. Leaving the ones that are staying and paying a large amount to stay.

Out Dated / Great Location though

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros, This complex is in the perfect location and offers everything you need while there. Plenty of pools and hot tubs. We stay in this complex atleast twice a year and highly recommend. Cons, This unit was very outdated and beat up. We’ve stayed with ECDI for a few years now and have never had a unit like this. The corners of the walls were beat up, the carpet in the bedrooms looked very dingy, there were stains on the walls. There was a mold smell in the bedrooms, possibly from the carpet. Almost all the sinks drained slow. The unit definitely needs some fixing up. We wouldn’t pick this unit again but will for sure stay in the same complex.

Family funa and sun

Our stay was wonderful! The beach was beautiful and the ocean water was clear. Our room was the perfect size. Everyone at the resort was police and really nice. If you book and then extend your stay make sure your parking pass is updated, we did run into a little problem with that. updated

My stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was nice. The staff was nice. I enjoyed the grill by the pool. I didn’t like that we couldn’t have drinks by the pool as that’s part of relaxing...enjoying your beverage while relaxing in pool or hot tub. But I do understand the reasons why. For the price we pay to rent the condo the cooking utensils in the room could actually be worth using. They are **** and everything stuck to them. I had to go buy my own skills. The room was mediocre...the vents in room could be better for better air flow at night. And there was no broom or dust pan so we could sweep up sand each evening.

Fast get away

Property is Nice security is tight but makes you Feel Safe . Room was clean the view was great from the Room . Only two Conplants All beds in Each Room was hard has a Rock very uncomfortable. Up on arrival when we got into the Room there was Fitness Center Card had like we asked for had to drive across town to pick up card .

First trip

Very pleased with the virtual check in option. We loved how the condo was close to many restaurant options. Very clean condo and building to stay in. The bunk bed room was a great place for two teens to have.

Condo needs heavy cleaning and updating

The condo is very run down, limited kitchen supplies. Bathroom caulking has mold. Refrigerator door does not stay closed and the TV which in the 3rd bedroom does not work.

Great trip! Could use some TLC

The trip was great! The unit could use some TLC - especially with the wet areas. The kitchen light cover was cracked and hanging loose upon arrival. I called it in, but no one came while we were there. The fridge door doesn’t close on its own, so you have to be sure to close it firmly. The elevators are full during prime check in, check out and dinner time. I wish the property would stagger check in and check out times by floor so guests don’t have to wait 30+ minutes to get an elevator.

Great locatuon- small improvements qould go a long way

Stay was nice, amenities are great. Leading up to the stay communication (asked questions 2 times with no response) was bad. Floors were dirty as well as bathrooms. Standard things (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, enough towels) were not provided. During stay we emialed for simple things like more plates and baking sheet- these were privided quickly and much appreciated. Overall stay was good, a few small enhancements would go a long way in improving what is a good condo in a great location with awesome amenities.

Management company terrible

Very poor communication company had us running around like a wild goose chase. Email stating tower 1; management sent us to tower 2; Sooo crowded on check in had to wait over 30 min to even get to elevator. Property shows obvious gym access that’s one of the main reasons ‘em we choose property. Asked front desk first night they state that we need to contact property management so got ahold of them the next day they stated that we had to go to another building to get access. Then go to that building then they state gym access is for property owners only. Very deceiving

Family Vacay 2022

Overall, we were very pleased with the property. The unit itself needs some updating-the TV’s in the unit were all difficult to work. Multiple remotes that really seemed to do nothing-kids TV in bunk room never worked properly (TV was in Spanish and remotes had corroded batteries). There was one remote that worked for the living room TV and the Master bedroom. Also-you must point the Remote directly at the xfinity box which isn’t in a convenient place. There were not enough forks, no hot pads for when food was cooked. Also-it should be explicitly stated in listing that there is no access to the workout facility…that may not matter to some, but we would’ve liked it and you cannot even pay extra for it. The beach chair rentals per day are super expensive but it comes with cabana cash to help you keep the drinks coming :-) which coupled with the views takes away the sting of how much money you pay for the chairs. They also promptly start packing up the chairs and umbrella at 5 pm. Overall we liked the Majestic Towers and would stay there again. The unit itself needs some updating.

Our Family Spring Break

Property was as listed. Was overall a great stay, clean and great location. Thermostat didn't regulate well, tv wouldn't change channels and door code stopped working at 7 am the day of departure. Would stay here again.
