Om boendet

Denna hyra är en rymlig 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet ligger på Legends Golf Resort i Myrtle Beach som sover upp till 8 personer. Det finns två sängar i sovrummet, 2 full-size sängar i gästrummet, samt ett stort vardagsrum och rymligt vardagsrum. Vi har gjort många uppdateringar nyligen, inklusive nya apparater, nya trägolv, nya mattor, nya persienner, nytt VVS-system, nya HD-TV-apparater och mer.

Vi erbjuder alla sängkläder, handdukar, porslin och bestick (köket är fullt utrustad). Gästerna kommer att ha fri tillgång till pool och tennisbanor ligger tvärs över gatan från villan samt badtunnor ligger bara en kort promenad ner på trottoaren. Det finns en upplyst driving range med praktik putting green och bunker finns också (hinkar med bollar är $ 5). Fråga gärna om rabatter på greenerna avgifter på någon av samhällets tre mästerskapsbanor.

Villan innehåller en stor pool och välskötta tennisbanor bara några korta steg från ytterdörren. Ailsa Pub erbjuder god mat och dryck varje dag och är en kort 5 minuters promenad från vår enhet. Det finns badtunnor ligger bakom Ailsa Pub liksom.

Myrtle Beach stora attraktioner (stranden, Broadway på stranden, stora shoppingområden, etc.) är alla inom en 10-15 minuters körning radie av fastigheten.

Några av våra favorit lokala destinationer inkluderar Brookgreen Gardens, Surfside Beach, och Rivertown Bistro i närliggande Conway.

Parkering är gratis på plats och det finns flera platser tillgängliga.

Flygplatsen ligger bara 5-10 minuter med bil också.

Taxi är mycket rimliga och kommer att ta dig någonstans i Myrtle Beach.

College visit

Great experience

Golf course condo

Comfy beds. Close walk to pool. And close to my mom in Conway are all things we enjoyed. Plus it is short drive to Broadway at the beach. And the mall. Owner checked in several times to make sure everything was ok. If only I played golf the legends golf club looked super nice!

The host, Dan, started checking in with me before I even got there. Very attentive to my questions. The 2 bedroom unit had plenty of space and pictures show as is. Would stay again next time I visit!

The condo was amazing. It was clean, well stocked and in a great golfing area. Pool was right across the street and it was very easy to access the property. In other words you'll definitely enjoy staying there. The owner Dan was very nice through the whole process also.

Best rental ever

This is the best rental property experience we've had. From booking to check out. Communication with Daniel is excellent and the rental was super clean top to bottom. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Myrtle!

Ladies’ Golf Trip

This unit is a great place for 4 golfers. There are 2 beds in each room. Condo was very clean and was within walking distance of the Ailsa Pub. Dan checked in with us several times.

Great Stay!

This property is perfect for a Myrtle Beach trip. Located at Legends, so the pro shop/course is only 3 minutes away. 2 dining options without leaving the premises, and the Grumpy Monk nearby without going on the highway. Place was clean, host was excellent at communicating and checked in to make sure everything was going well. All the amenities are there. TV has lots of channels. Parking is right outside and visible from the windows. Golf bag storage immediately inside the front door is a nice feature. Large bedrooms with nice full baths for each. Highly recommend!

Just the best!

Great area, very clean! Dan had wonderful communication and even checked in on us! We travelled as a family of three(11 month old). It was so nice for the baby to have her own bedroom so parents could enjoy the evening. Didn't bother the baby at all when we were in the rest of the house. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Comfortable and inviting

Very comfortable space with all the amenities and feel of home! The grounds and facilities were impeccable and beautifully kept! Everyone we encountered there was extremely friendly and helpful! Dan, the owner of our unit, could not have been nicer...before, during and after our stay. If I had a question or concern, he was never more than a quick text away! His response time to his patrons shows his commitment to customer service and integrity! I have never experienced an easier,more seamless check in/ check out procedure...easy, peasy! I would highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent Villa at the Legends.

I am a frequent VRBO guest. My brother-in-law and I rented Dan's villa while we attended the Class Swing Golf School's 3-day course and played each of the courses at the Legends. Although the Villa was bigger than two people needed, it was excellent in all respects. Very well maintained and clean. The location couldn't have been better for our trip. Although we had plans to visit some restaurants in town, we never left the resort and took all of our meals at the Clubhouse and the Ailsa Pub, which is a short walk from the Villa. We used Uber to get to and from the airport and the resort shuttle to get back and forth from golf facilities. Dan was an excellent host and checked in with me everyday. Highly recommend.

Great location and wonderful owners

This two bedroom condo was perfect for my family for a weekend visit to celebrate my mother-in-law‘s 80th birthday. Every room in the condo was clean. The decor was up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great being right across the street from the Tanger Outlets and within the property of the Legends Golf Course. I can’t say enough about the hospitality provided by the owners, Dan and his wife. After our departure as we were driving home, we realized we left a small monitor that my son used to play his Xbox. I contacted Dan and asked if he could ship the monitor to us. Dan did not hesitate and offered to ship it (of course I reimbursed him for the shipping charges). He also checked in on us during our to make sure everything was going well. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The golf, the beach, the food, the climate. The lists goes on and on. Myrtle Beach is a great all-around destination, not to mention nearby Pawleys Island, Charleston and Wilmington.

We've done a lot of updating since purchasing the property including all new appliances, new flooring, windows, furniture and electronics.

We really enjoy the quiet location at the Legends Resort while still being close to all of Myrtle Beach's major attractions.
