Incredible Catalina Mountain views from this fully furnished two-bedroom two-bathroom home in the Sun City Oro Valley (SCOV) 45-and-older active adult community.
The recently updated kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The large main bedroom features a walk-out to the backyard patio, a massive walk-in closet, and a huge private bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and private water closet. The queen-size bed is fully adjustable, with massage options.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds for visiting grandkids (or a snoring spouse.)
The garage includes an oversized washer and dryer and space to park one vehicle. There is additional driveway parking for two more vehicles.
Utilities and high-speed internet are included. Broadcast/cable television are not, but a Roku is available with free entertainment streaming options or to access your own subscription streaming services, like Netflix or Amazon Video.
The mandatory one-time $25 community fee enables access to all SCOV amenities, including:
- 18-hole golf course (call for course rates)
- Olympic size pools and aquatic fitness classes
- Pickle ball and tennis courts
- Community gym and fitness classes
- 9-hole miniature golf
