This property was excellent and perfect accommodations for my husband and I to have a weekend in Helen. The property listing is very accurate. Everything was exceptionally clean and you could still smell the new wood smell in the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the property was quiet and peaceful. The rooftop area is a nice addition. Lindsey was a great communicator throughout the booking process and our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room is clearly new, decorated beautifully, and very clean. It was exactly like the photos on the listing. I love the community deck on the top floor. It’s also a great location, very walkable.

We loved the location, which is pretty much centrally located to the shops, tubing, restaurants, etc. The building is newer than most in Helen, was very clean and furnished with unique modern furnishings and we loved having the kitchen for the convenience of having a full sized fridge. There is no ice maker, but there is an ice tray which we filled and dumped in a bowl frequently so we would have ice for drinks. The upper deck with lots of seating was so nice to enjoy a glass of Muscadine Cider at night while taking in a cool breeze (yes, it was hot while we were there!)The only complaint we had is that the walls and floors allow a lot of noise from other guests using the 2 sets of stairs, and walking / moving around in their rooms.Overall, it was a nice weekend visit, and we would stay here again when coming as a couple without our other family members.

The building is new, and it is walking distance to everything in town. Check-in and checkout was simple and Lindsey was very responsive. The room is very clean and nicely decorated, and the bathroom has a nice walk-in shower. The downside is the place is very small. There is a pullout sofa, and I think the listing says 4 can stay, but the sofa is less than 2 feet from the bed and would block the refrigerator if opened. Additionally, only 1 person can fit in the bathroom comfortably at a time. If you’re at the sink getting ready, and the door opens, it will hit you. It’s a good price and great for just 2 though!

Location!

The location was perfect for the attractions we wanted to enjoy. We walked everywhere, from the waterpark and tube ride to the middle of town where we had food and shop to explore. The place was as shown in pic and very clean! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Better than expected

The property was clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated and had everything and more than we needed. Wife and i had a king sized bed and my 17 year old daughter had sofa /queen sized bed to herself. We saved money and ate healthy by bringing our own food. The kitchen was more than adequate and well stocked. We'll be back and thank you.

Studio 104

Our studio was clean. We could walk to almost anywhere in Helen. It was well stocked except for an iron or steamer and a toaster. Those are just personal items we would have used if they were available. The first night we were the only ones in the building. After others arrived we could hear every step made and drip of water they used. Over all it’s a great place to stay when visiting Helen.
