Detta är ett vackert lyxigt radhus, 2500 kvadratmeter slutenhet. Titta på soluppgången i mastersuite eller vardagsrummet. Stå ut på däck och se skidåkare gå över Grammy Jay Bridge. Titta ut genom köksfönstret och se spårvagnen gå upp till toppen av berget. Denna enhet kan rymma tre familjer bekvämt. Detta radhus är 5-stjärnigt och byggdes 2006. Övre våningen har en kung master svit med badrum och ett rum med 2 enkelsängar och fullt badrum. Bottenvåningen har ett drottning sovrum och badrum. Bottenvåningen har ett drottningssovrum och ett familjerum med TV, utdragbar soffa och fotbollsbord. Ett våningssäng rum som har två enkelsängar över hela sängar och ett badrum. Våningssalen sover 6 bekvämt. Skidrummet kan rymma många hjälmar och jackor och skidskåpet ligger precis utanför skidrummet.
Hot tub är ett varmt välkomnande efter en lång dag med skidåkning. Det finns en platt-TV i vardagsrummet, master-sviten och på bottenvåningen familjerum.

Radhus kommer med ett fullt utrustat kök, sängkläder, kuddar, filtar och handdukar. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också.

Jay Peak får mer snö än något annat skidområde på östkusten. Berget har utmärkt nybörjare genom expertspår, och de glada spåren är spektakulära. Jay Peak har också den enda flygspårvagnen i New England

Jay Peak har två helt nya hotell. Det finns ett spa i Tram Haus Lodge, träningsanläggning och Tower Bar och Alice's resturant. Skridskoåkningsarenan är ett annat trevligt tillskott till orten. Du kan hyra skridskor, och de har också ett trevligt café och bar. Det finns ett nordiskt centrum för längdskidåkning och snöskor.

En helt ny miljö dollar på 63 000 kvadratmeter inomhus vattenpark har nyligen varit öppen. Vattenparken har flera rutschbanor, den enda inomhus aqualoop i Nordamerika, en dubbel surfvåg och den längsta inomhusaktivitetsfloden i U. S. Det finns också en arkad kopplad till vattenparken för att locka barnen. Denna anläggning har den största baren på orten och temperaturen är konstant 86 grader. På sommaren öppnas taket för att ge det en utomhuskänsla. Det finns också en bergsklättring och biografanläggning på statlig sida.

Om du planerar att komma på sommaren är Championship Graham Cooke golfbana vacker och utmanande. Det rankades golfbana # 1 i Vermont. Klubbhuset är helt nytt och har en utmärkt restaurang kallad Club House Grill. Utsikten från att sitta ute på uteplatsen mot 18: e hålet är fantastisk och mycket avkopplande. Jay Peak är en semesteranläggning året runt och det finns något för alla här.

Perfect stay at Jay

This was the perfect place for our group - three groups, tons of room to spread out, with the kids in the basement and adults upstairs. So well appointed - we hope we can return again!

Our favorite Jay getaway

We have booked the last three years here and love this home. Perfect location, great communication with hosts, works out so well for our friendskids trip each year. The hot tub is the cherry on top.

An incredible vacation and property!

We had another fantastic stay here and just booked vacation for next years. Location is amazing and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and perfect for families with kids. Highly recommend!

Great Jay Weekend!

Overall the house was great. The location was perfect - right on Grammy Jay. The house was spacious and fit 10 of us more than comfortably. Having a hot tub at the house was exceptional! Everything went really smooth and we had a great time - would definitely rent this house again next year!!

Perfect ski in, ski out

We had a fantastic time at this property. Very clean, spacious, lots of amenities and supplies, outdoor hot tub was a huge bonus, and comfortable beds. It is a true ski in ski out! Loved it so much we already booked for next year.

Ski In / Ski Out Gem

This is the 4th time we've stayed at this property and we will be back for sure! For our group of 9 adults, the 5 bedrooms are perfect. Jay Peak is all about skiing and having a ski in / ski out house with access to Grammy Jay right out the back door allows you to enjoy your day as you wish without the need to get in to a car. The kitchen is well stocked, the 2 living rooms provides enough space to spread out and the hot tub is a great way to relax after skiing the famous glades at Jay Peak.

Family and friends getaway

We had a great stay at this property! There were three families, plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved hanging out in the downstairs living room. The location and ski in/ ski out option were great. We have already booked for next year’s family ski trip! Highly recommend.

Everything you want in a ski house!

This place is perfect for a large group looking to ski! The pictures do not do the townhome justice in regards to how nice and how spacious the property is! Plenty of beds, plenty of space, amazing hot tub, and easy access to the slopes! Would 100% book this property again.

Great Place @ Jay Peak

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property and we will be back next year! For our group of 10 adults, the 5 bedrooms are perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, access to Grammy Jay is right out the back door, and the hot tub is a great way to finish a long day of skiing the famous glades at Jay Peak.

Great Place

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and we'll be booking it in the future as well. For our group of 10 adults, it's spacious, provides access to Grammy Jay off the back door and the hot tub is always a bonus following a day of skiing. And of course having 20 inches of powder over 3 days made the vacation an awesome time!

Family ski trip

Beautiful townhouse in a great location. The house was exactly as advertised and in great condition. Loved the ski in/ski out feature! Donna was very responsive when we had questions, both before and during our stay. If we come back to Jay Peak again, we will definitely stay here.

Away with Family

What a wonderful time with our family!! There were 12 of us and we fit comfortably in this lovely slope side condo. It was set up with everything we needed, all we brought was lots of food…everything else we was there including a hot tub for warming the bones after great skiing on the mountain… Yay Jay, we will be back!!!

Perfect Jay Peak Ski In/Ski Out Home

You can't ask for a better location if you are looking a ski in/ski out Jay peak experience. The home was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a pleasure to have especially on Saturday when the wind shut down the upper mountain lifts for most of the day. Can't ski? Oh well, relax in the hot tub. The hosts, Donna and Rich were very prompt in answering questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Annual Family Ski Trip

This is the third year that we've been at Donna and Rich's condo for our annual family ski trip. They are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly. The condo is in a good location. Ski on, Ski off. It's nicely furnished and well equipped. The open floor plan has plenty of room for the family to dine, or play games, but there is space to get away for a little quiet time.. With five bedrooms, with comfy beds,our family of 9 has lots of space. This is a great condo for a getaway with family or friends.

Wonderful Ski Weekend

This has been our third stay, in this condo at Jay Peak, for our annual family ski weekend. The ski out feature makes it easy for everyone to come it and have some lunch. The great room has plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space.. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. The lower level den provides an additional space and everyone has fun playing foosball. Everyone enjoys the hot tub after a day of skiing. Both Donna and Rich are very responsive if you have any questions about the condo or the area. Our family has thoroughly enjoyed our stays; I would highly recommend it.

Great Ski Out Condo

Our family of six adults and three children stayed in this well equipped and nicely furnished condo for our annual MLK weekend ski trip. We enjoyed the living space, plenty of room to gather as a family but also nice spaces for quiet time. The kids liked the downstairs den and we all had fun playing foos ball. We had a problem with the hot tub. Donna and Rich responded quickly and to our surprise were able to have their maintenance man stop in a fix it the same day. Our kids all love the challenge of the mountain and we explored the cross county skiing which is a nice mix of terrain and well groomed.

We have been coming to Jay Peak for 15 years, we love to ski the glades, golf on the beautiful golf course and enjoy all the resturants.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been coming to Jay Peak for 15 years. Our two daughters have grown up skiing at Jay Peak. After renting for many years at the townhouses we decided to buy a place and have enjoyed all the wonderful changes that make Jay Peak a truly special place to vacation. We live in CT and it is 4 1/2 hours to get here but it may be an hour to far but it is so worth it. It is not crowded and the local people are so friendly.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is wonderful to ski and ski out of our townhouse. When someone gets tired they come in and relax. Great for kids and it allows the adults to switch off baby sitting duties. You can walk to the kids mountain center for ski lessons or day care. If you don't want to drive to the main area there are shuttles that will pick you up and drop you off at our townhouse. Jay Peak also has an amazing water park for days when it is too cold to ski. Snow shoeing and cross country skiing is also available. The ice rink is another nice option. Rock climbing and movie theater within walking distance. There is something for everyone at Jay Peak.
