The unit is located on the top floor and has 2-3 flights of stairs to walk up, no elevator. The views from the roof are spectacular. This is a third floor walk up that has two flights of stairs that go straight up. You will be rewarded with this luxurious penthouse apartment in the middle of everything DC has to offer. Three separate bed rooms, 2.5 baths, and a roof deck with views of DC!

Fantastic place! The home is perfectly located near plenty to do and the Metro. Comfy beds, plush towels, clean as a whistle and beautifully designed. Great and easy communication Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Excellent place, location, and host

This was one of our favorite short-term rentals to date. The location was great and the host Anthony was terrific. Most importantly, the condo was very clean and well-appointed with designer touches. We really appreciated the fast wifi, coffee maker (and coffee beans), and bags of ice in the freezer. The bird-themed decor and furniture was designer-level. There was also ample outdoor space with two balconies and a rooftop patio! Highly recommended.

DC Rooftop condo

Lovely property in perfect location. Metro was so convenient and easy. Whole Foods about 1 block away was perfect. We made a couple of dinners in the condo since we had pots and pans that worked great and loved the gas stove. Great variety of restaurants within a short walk. We sat on the deck a few times after a long day of walking.

Reunion of Friends in DC

This property was perfect for our group of 6 to reunite for shows at the nearby 9:30 Club and to explore the DC area. The apartment is just as beautiful as photographed, and the rooftop deck was our favorite of the 3 outdoor spaces we enjoyed. The area has everything you need nearby. Most notably, however, our host Anthony was very responsive and he worked to make our visit perfect for our group.

Great place

Great place with lots of outdoor areas. Very close to Metro. Host was very accommodating and available. Place is very nicely decorated. Our only hiccup was there were 6 of us but only 4 coffee cups. Minor inconvenience. Complicated directions w parking but Anthony patiently explained to us how to get it right. Would love to stay again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place w us!

Fabulous stay with a fabulous rooftop!

Beautiful, clean and spacious condo with an incredible rooftop patio! Perfect for our group of 4 friends. Great location with easy access to restaurants shopping and Metro. Host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Concert in town

Came to attend a concert with a small group. So close to the metro and walking distance to lots of spaces. Easy access and a perfect place to hang out when you need a break. Would def book again, the host was thorough and friendly!
