Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. Linda had the air conditioning going when we arrived and the porch light on. We felt very welcome and would love to stay again

Wonderful House and Owners!

We just came home from our stay here and all we can say is that it was like home away from home!! Linda and Mark (owners) are super nice and welcoming. Very personable plus they are local so if any questions/needs arise they are available. Can even recommend great restaurants!! The home is decorated very nice and has every thing you would need and then some. Super Clean!! Lots of board games for the kids and adults. In the smaller garage it is set up with a ping pong table and a basketball game. Also chairs and BBQ and even with those in the garages we were able to get everything we needed in it. We had a trailer with a sit down ski and a stand up. We were able to put in the trailer, another stand up on a dolly and our F150 into the garage. HIGHLY recommend this house!! We will definitely be back. :-)

Home away from home

The house was more then I expected! Definitely felt like a home away from home. Clean house very close to the lake, a full kitchen with all the pots and pans you would need, and all the extra towels and linen really made the space comfortable! Not to mention our hosts were very responsive and friendly! Definitely looking forward to booking again!

Wonderful, clean property

This house was perfect! Exceptionally clean, well taken care of, and the property owner was incredibly kind and provided first-rate hospitality. I will absolutely be bringing my family back. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We enjoy our stay at this property! Very close to city, shopping, launch ramps! House had everything you need. Owner very friendly and helpful with everything you need! We definitely think about renting this again!

Very Nice

House was clean, well maintained and fully equipped including wifi. The owners; Mark and Linda are great people, met us at the property and made us feel very welcomed. We go to Havasu every 2 weeks on average and will stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

Mark and Linda were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. They met us upon check-in and showed us around. The house was well stocked and nicely decorated. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend trip to Havasu.

Very Pleasant Place to Stay!!!

My wife and I spent a couple of hours looking for the right property to rent during our Labor Day mini vacation. We were fortunate to connect with Mark and Linda. Linda had met us there when we checked in to give us a personal tour of their place. The pictures they had posted does not do justice. Their place is extremely well kept! Also, we had no problem parking our boat on the side of their property. Another plus is that their property is located in a quiet neighborhood. We slept/rested without any disturbances. We were also fortunate that their place is located near many restaurants, gas stations, boat launch, groceries, etc. We didn't have to drive much. I can go on and on ... All in all, you can't go wrong with this property. Thank you Mark and Linda!

We loved Boaters Paradise!

We were beyond satisfied with this rental. Mark and Linda were responsive, helpful and the house was immaculate. We were celebrating our anniversary and had never been to Lake Havasu City. This was one of our favorite trips we have ever taken, mostly because we felt like we were at home. This is a five star property, especially for your first trip to LHC and if you plan on parking a boat! Thank you!!

Great one

The house was very nice and clean but the personality of the owners Mike and Linda wakes you wan come back. We had a very good time. House was nicely furnished and it will easily fits 6 people. Recommended highly

Home away from home

This house is a home away from home It has everything you need for a hassle free vacation. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. The garage had a ping pong table and basketball hoop. There were lots of games and toys to play with in the evening after a long day on the lake. We hung out in the garage at night played games and enjoyed family time. Linda and Mark were very welcoming and helpful owners. She even made us brownies. We rent frequently and this house is one if the best. We will definitely be renting from Linda and Mark again. Thanks for making out vacation so enjoyable. Greg and Rhonda

A Great Place to Spend Fourth of July

The house was awesome. My friends and I enjoyed the spacious house. Great condition - very clean and welcoming. If I had any problems the owner took care of it right away - very reachable and reliable. Due to that I would already recommend this house to friends and family. The house was also quite close to the State Park at Windsor beach, along with stores being reasonably close and accessible. Loved the stay and can't wait to use it again. Also Lake Havasu has a phenomenal fireworks show.

We have been boaters for 30 years. We started vacationing in Laughlin for many years. We started vacationing in Havasu with friends and realized this was the place for our family to enjoy boating and other activitires. We bought our first house here in 1998. We recently retired and moved here, where we are enjoying all the activities and events Havasu has to offer.

This home is a vacationers dream. You and your family and friends can stroll along the famous London Bridge, Offroad in the desert, shooting, boating, water sports, golfing, fishing, hunting. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Our family has had many fun times here in Havasu and want other families to enjoy the experience.
