Just one street over from the Governor's Mansion, one block from Oklahoma's State Capitol, and a short walk to OU Medical Center, you will feel safe in this quiet neighborhood filled with families, students, and young professionals. Downtown OKC, Uptown, and Midtown are just a few minutes away!
The space
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with 2 large living spaces. The house has a full-size arcade machine, books, and roku smart TVs. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets!

Guests will have access to the entire property (excluding the garage).

This home is packed full of charm, and is centrally located in the beautiful historic neighborhood named "Medical Community." It is 1 street over from the Governor's Mansion, and the Oklahoma State Capitol is located at the end of the street! OU Health Sciences Center is just a short walk away, while downtown, uptown, and midtown are just a short drive!

-there is an additional fee PER pet
-we can offer a 1-hour early or 1-hour late check-out time (each for $20)
-smoking or vaping of any kind indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee
-there will be a fee of $100 for unauthorized late check-outs past 11:00am
