This top floor condo offers incredible views of sunrises and Tampa Bay. This condo is being offered furnished, so all you have to do is pack your bags and move right in. The living room features 22 feet of floor to ceiling windows, so the view is visible from anywhere in the open living/dining areas. The spacious bedroom has plenty of closet space, it's own full bath, vanity area and the same incredible Tampa Bay views. There is also a half bath for guests. This condo offers many amenities both inside and out. Enjoy the heated pool and spa, BBQ area and fishing pier right on the Bay. Inside there is a library, workshop, clubhouse, billiards room, and fitness room. Across the street is a 4 mile bike and walking trail to the Skyway Bridge fishing pier. The condo also has storage for your bikes and kayaks. Each floor has its own laundry facilities and small storage rooms. Condo may not be leased for the first 2 years of ownership and is limited to a total of 20% leased units. This would be perfect as your permanent home or a seasonal/weekend getaway.
