The Space:
This wonderful studio features a cozy living area with a 40" smart TV and a comfortable couch for your relaxation. The bedroom includes a full-size bed with soft linens and pillows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary utensils, a coffee maker, and a microwave for your convenience. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, stand-up shower, and great water pressure. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The building offers 24-hour doorman service and a rooftop pool and deck, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the city.

Guest Access:
Full access to the entire apartment and its amenities. The rooftop pool, deck and fitness centers are shared with the building.

- Early check-in & late check-out: $30 (subject to availability).
- Lost/missing keys: $50 fee.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
- Property is inspected upon check-out.

Pet Policy:

- Pets are only allowed with prior authorization.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 fee.
- Approved pets must not be on the bed, linens, or furniture.
- Pet fee: $75 for up to 4 nights, $100 for up to 7 nights, and $150 for 30+ nights.
